Steers - 143 averaged 190.02p
More about this week and again quality at the top end, however a lot of bigger bellied overfat and overfull sorts on offer together with plenty of black and whites as well.
Trade respectable for the nice bred well finished sorts, however over-fats and very full cattle still difficult to trade, looking well sold were the black and whites.
Top steer today sold from Stan and Jeff Evans who sold Blues to 239.5p - £1513.64 with
John White, Banbury selling Limousins to 234.5p - £1503.15, 232.5p - £1436.85 and 226.5p -
£1379.39.
Terry Kennealy sold Blues to 233.5p - £1643.84 and Brian Cummings sold Charolais to
228.5p - £1512.67.
Today a handful of E grades sold from 233p with U+’s 224-229p, -U’s traded from 215-223p and R grades 204-214p, O+’s traded from 190-198p and –O’s 180-188p.
