Summary of Discussion + Action Points

Will I do the right thing or maybe even harm my client?

Listen to your gut-feeling

Giving advice vs. just asking questions

You never know what is right but you can trust the client to complain.

It depends on the mode the talk is in. If you separate a piece of advice from coaching it should be fine, e.g. by saying: “Look this is my opinion and it’s likely to be wrong but I’d like to tell you: …”

Summary of Discussion + Action Points

This is the third generation of people meeting at an IMAGINE conference.

Initially, I wanted to suggest to have a follow-up Open Space online ( www.openspace-online.com

) after IMAGINE with all 3 generations but the conversation kicked off differently 

We started discussing a meeting after the conference in Second Life: www.secondlife.com

Second Life is a 3-D virtual world entirely built and owned by its residents. Since opening to the public in 2003, it has grown explosively and today is inhabited by a total of

3,483,867 people from around the globe.

Action Points

- Have a meeting with some interested people in Second Life within the next weeks

- Create an IMAGINE blog after the conference

- Delegates have signed up for hosting the blog for one week each

- IMAGINE generations I + II will be invited to contribute
