REFLECTION #7
“Imagine your life without technology. It is hard to picture yourself not using technology
at least one in a day. Why? Explain your answer not less than 150 words.”
The world today is very dependent in technology. Everything runs by technology.
Industrialized countries are famous by its advantages in and their contribution in terms of
technology. Do you ever think or picture out yourself of not using technology in a day?
A world without technology is like a time where everything seems to move slowly.
Imagine yourself delivering a message to another place without using cellphones or emails.
It will spend weeks or months before your message received by the receiver. It will also
spend more time and days to receive her or his reply.
It is difficult to imagine a day without using technology. It is where people depends
their living every day. Without technology we cannot deposit or withdraw money in the
bank. Paying our bills like water, current, telephone bills and etc. will cause problem. They
are all manipulated by technology. People who lived in urban areas are used to ride LRT and
MRT in going to their work. It is the fastest way of transportation there. Absence of
technology will cause people to suffer in riding vehicles that every day it encounters heavy
traffic especially in rush hours. Researchers who used technology as their tool for studying a
certain thing will not be able to come up into a conclusion about their research. PAG-ASA or

ADMINISTRATION who give us the latest happening on our weather used also technology on
studying our weather every day. If there is no technology we will not be able to know the
weather or we will not be able to prepare ourselves if there is a storm coming. Most
importantly, technology is necessary for the student. They are much dependent on it. I
imagine students spend much time in the library searching for the answer in their
assignment and they find it irritating.
So, it is very difficult if we don’t use technology just for a day. It will cause a problem
if it will happen. Technology today is like a main ingredient to a certain recipe. If it is not
present, the food will not be able to cook. Without technology, everything will not work well.
