TO: ALL PROVIDERS RE: 2012 ELIGIBLE PROFESSIONAL (EP) ATTESTATION DEADLINE IS 2/28/13 The Eligible Professional (EP) Attestation Deadline for Calendar Year 2012 is February 28, 2013. If you wish to apply for an EP EHR incentive payment for calendar year 2012, you must submit your application/attestation by February 28, 2013. A submitted application means that you have registered with the R&A, attested through MAPIR and completed the MAPIR application by clicking the Submit button. TO: RSPMI PROVIDERS, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS AND PHYSICIANS RE: INITIAL PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR ADHD The initial performance period for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) began on October 1, 2012 and will continue through December 31, 2013. PAP providers should enter the required certifications on the provider portal for any ADHD patients seen on or after October 1, 2012. TO: OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY PROVIDERS RE: INITIAL PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR PERINATAL The initial performance period for Perinatal began on October 1, 2012. Providers will be accountable for gain/risk sharing for qualifying episodes of care with deliveries occurring on or after January 1, 2013 and with all prenatal care delivered on or after October 1, 2012.
