We will be leaving Woodlands at 1pm and returning at 3pm. If there are still any parents available to help walk with us your help would be greatly appreciated. Junk needed! On Wednesday 17th June Year 2 have a junk model sharing workshop which is run by an outside agency. We would love for you to come and join us as ideally each child would benefit from having an adult to support them. There will be a brief introduction for the children between 9am and 9.30am of Anthony’s background and what he does then 2H is in the morning 9.30am – 11.30am and 2F is in the afternoon 1.20pm – 3.20pm. Please could you start saving your junk for then but please don’t bring it in until Monday 15 th June as we have limited space to store it. Thank you. The junk we need is: Cardboard boxes of differing size but the bigger the better (washing tablet boxes and cereal boxes are perfect) Old Newspapers (suitable content) Brown Cardboard (wrapping paper style or thicker) Cardboard Tubes (kitchen towel rolls). Large plastic bottles Bike to School Week The week beginning 1st June is our ‘Bike to school week’ and on Wednesday 3 rd June parents and children are invited to bring their bikes at 9am for free maintenance by a professional.
