4. Execution: All cadets will meet in the AS100 classroom of the Terrace Hall Annex.
Flight assignments will be posted throughout the detachment prior to Lab and as
cadets enter the room they should be seated accordingly. Cadets will update their
POC information with their FLT/CC while awaiting the start of lab. Lt. Col. Bailey and
C/Col Corum will begin with an introductory briefing to leadership laboratory. Lt Col
Bailey will conduct the religious tolerance briefing. Next, returning FT cadets will
receive recognition and props & wings will be distributed. Following POC induction,
Maj. Ripple will give a safety briefing and academic freedom brief. Then cadets will
break for a social with food and drinks provided. Coinciding with these events,
cadets will also be receiving a paperwork packet to complete and return and the PA
will update cadet pictures. Lab will complete at 1800 hrs.
