Parental Consent – Permission Form
One of the Cadet Program objectives is the completion of the levels of the Star program. As such there is
a requirement for field instruction and evaluation of concepts, theory and skills in a field environment.
This Field Training Exercise will allow the Corps and its members to meet these objectives. It encourages
learning through doing in a non urban environment, with additional challenges of dealing with and
learning to cope with cold weather environments. As such 105 RCACC will conduct a winter field training
exercise in from 29 Jan through to 31 Jan 2016 at Blackdown CTC, CFB Borden, ON.
Dress will be issued Environmental (Combat /FTU /CADPAT) wear or similar. Additional items of
protective clothing will be issued to Cadets and Volunteers for the duration of the FTX
Rations will be provided for the whole Exercise.

All members are required to carry their Provincial Health Card with them.

Any Medication is to be clearly marked with name, instructions and given to the OPI or
designate at the departure for the Fd Ex.
