Contractor engagement and management methods contribute to effective delivery of IS outcomes including timeliness, quality and value for money IS Procurement methods are clear, efficient, easy to deploy and support required outcomes whilst ensuring full compliance with all government and regulatory requirements Supplier/contractor performance is assessed, measured and managed Exemplary working relationships with all partners, stakeholders and industry colleagues Collaborative relationship with OCIO and alignment on contract strategies 1 POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB OUTLINE OBJECTIVES Develop and implement IS Procurement contract management framework that provides a definitieve methodology for the management of all IS Contracts/ Manage all ongoing contracts in terms of performance, outcomes, sustainabililty, success and change. Develop/negotiate contracts that reflect best practice and achieve the best commercial and delivery outcomes and mitigate the Corporation’s exposure to risk Develop and implement a supplier engagement and management governance and operation model. Initiate, develop and maintain industry networks to influence and obtain market intelligence of industry activity Establish effective relations & strategic alliances with suppliers Develop and maintain alignment of SA Water and OCIO Procurement strategies and contribute to strong working relationships between SAW and OCIO. Provide the primary interface to OCIO re IS procurement strategies and contract management Be commercially successful, competitive and optimise business value for the benefit of the Corporation.
