How do meteorologists communicate how weather
impacts our daily lives?
This is your chance to be a meteorologist and report on a weather event. You will work with a partner
to create and present a Keynote presentation that shows how a weather event occurs and impacts
people.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Title Slide
-topic name, student names, class period
2. Information Slides
- A minimum of 2 slides with information about the science of the weather
topic. What causes the weather to occur?
3. Picture Slides
-A minimum of 2 slides with pictures and a caption. The caption must give
additional information about your weather event.
4. Forecast/Human Impact Slides
-A minimum of 2 slides with information about how the weather will impact
people. You can also provide information about how long the weather will
last or safety tips.
5. Source Citation Slide
-One slide that lists the websites/books where the information and pictures were
obtained. You must cite--PLAGIARISM IS A CRIME!
6. Presentation
- EACH student must read/explain one information slide, one picture slide, and
one forecast slide. Creativity encouraged! (props, costumes, sound, etc..)
