Arkansas School Psychology Association Fall Conference September 25-26, 2014 Dear Vendors: My name is Krystal Kimbrough, and I am currently the board member in charge of the membership/public relations components for the Arkansas School Psychology Association (ASPA). ASPA is currently scheduling vendor tables and booths for the upcoming fall conference. The fall conference will be held September 25-26 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Embassy Suites Hotel. The conference will cover behavior related topics and we expect a wide range of professionals, including school psychology specialists, special education supervisors, special education teachers, speech/language pathologists, and behavioral analysts. We look forward to expanding our vendor connections in order to offer our members the most useful resources possible. Basic Prices Vendor tables are $100 for one 8ft table, $175 for two 8ft tables, or $150 for a 6x8 booth space. Vendor tables are simply to display information as they do not allow space for a vendor to sit behind them or store additional products. If you would like a space to accompany your products, you will need to purchase a vendor booth space. The fee above includes one table. An additional table is available for $75. If you need more than two tables, please ask for a vendor quote. Sponsoring Snack/Breakfast Vendors may choose to sponsor a snack provided during the conference. With the sponsorship of snacks, vendor tables are free, and approximately 3-5 minutes of time is allotted for the company to address the members about their company and the products/services offered. In addition, signage space is provided for the company to display banners, and signs will be posted on the table indicating which company sponsored the snacks being provided. The cost to sponsor the snack for either day is $500. The vendor display times are from 8 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. each day, and we ask that vendors stay until the completion of the conference each day.
