Responsibilities
1. Provide engineering expertise to the company for electrical/instrumentation design for
proposals/projects.
2. Development of designs to satisfy technical specifications and prepare supporting design
calculations to substantiate design
3. Plan, control, and measure all activities of electrical/instrumentation staff to effectively complete
planning, engineering design and execution of electrical/instrumentation components of projects.
4. To prepare project budgets, forecast and fulfill project requirements in terms of human resource,
materials, technical approvals, methodologies, designs, installation, commissioning and operating
and other project related submissions for electrical/instrumentation components of projects.
5. To plan and monitor project electrical/instrumentation related activities and resource allocations.
6. Coordination between the management and all related sites and departments of the company on
electrical/instrumentation related issues.
7. To ensure that all electrical/instrumentation staff functions as per project requirements and
company policies.
8. To assist the procurement department in researching materials and resources for
electrical/instrumentation component of proposals/projects
9. To convene meetings with clients, associates and project execution teams regarding
electrical/instrumentation issues and prepare reports for management review.
10. To enhance productivity and efficiency of electrical/instrumentation staff during project execution
on site and office work.
11. Ensure knowledge management for future bidding, using bidding documents, assumptions, basis,
estimates, productivities, technical data, and histories.
12. Organize historic project data, material and equipment catalogues and data sheets
13. Maintain departmental electrical/instrumentation related documentation in box folders and also
on the server.
14. Ensure strict document quality, accessibility and highest organizational standards
15. Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Qualifications
1. Expertise in MS office Suite
2. Expertise in MS Project and MS Visio
3. Expertise in computer aided designing software related to electrical engineering
Total Work Experience and Job Related Work Experience
Total experience = 15 years minimum,
Relevant experience = 5 years (minimum) in similar environment
