Prom 2009, please fill out the information below and return to Mrs. Snyder (room 301).
All applications for prom court must be in by Tuesday April 9th for addition on the Prom
Court Ballot. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! Prom Court Vote is Tues. April 21, 2009.
