

TSCT, Castle and Climate Challenge Accounts have been presented to our
Auditors, William Duncan and Son for inspection.
Within Castle account £10,500 has been secured for Explore Tarbert Castle
Project

 Nomination forms for new directors should be handed into the Company
Office, William Duncan and Co 1 week before AGM
 Prepare proposal for AGM to amend M & As to enable Directors to serve up
to 5 consecutive terms.

 Proposal to amend M&As
A public meeting requires to be held prior to the start of Explore Tarbert Castle.
This will be held prior to the AGM.

opportunities
7.10 Roddy Regan - Archaeologist Kilmartin House Museum explaining what is to be
done to carry out comprehensive non invasive surveys of site and why we are doing
these.
7.35 Biddy Simpson Archaeology Scotland's Adopt a Monument explaining proposed
involvement of less able groups and school children
