Introduction: Replace these instructions with the text of
your abstract. Each abstract will be limited to ONE SINGLE
column for publication in the journal. The dimensions of your
completed abstract should be no more than 3.45 inches
(8.7 cm) wide by 9 inches (23 cm) long. Please AVOID
graphic elements. They often are too small to be legible. The
journal reserves the right to discard any graphic that is not legible or of poor quality. The ENTIRE abstract must fit into the
dimensions described above (this template reflects the correct
format). Abstracts submitted in violation of this requirement
will not be published in the journal.
Heading Styles: The section heads in this template use the
recommended style (upper and lower case, bold, followed by a
colon). The format for second-level heads is show below:

are imbedded to appear every time you use a hard return. If
you’re using the spell checker and it doesn’t seem to be working, check the “Language” option under the “Tools” to make
sure that “No Proofing” isn’t selected as the default. You
should also check that the default font is Times New Roman
and not New York (this conversion takes place on some Macintosh systems) and font size is 10 for text and 12 for title.
References: Use the brief numbered style common in
many abstracts, e.g., [1], [2], etc. References should then appear in numerical order in the reference list, journal names
should be spelled in full. Please, use the following style:
