RONSEAL ONE COAT APPLIANCE PAINT
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint is a tough and durable enamel finish designed to transform and coordinate old household appliances with a one coat application. This product combines superb adhesion,
with a tough and durable gloss finish.
INTRODUCTION
PREPARATION
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint is ideal for
use on household appliances including,
fridges, freezers, dishwashers, washing
machines and the outside of microwave
ovens. This product is not suitable for use on
hobs, cookers, or the inside of microwave
ovens.
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint should
only be applied to clean, dry surfaces that are
free from all traces of, dust, dirt, or grease.
Ensure that all surfaces are cool prior to
application.
Observe and follow all warnings and
instructions for use shown on the pack.
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint combines
excellent hiding power with one coat
application allowing rapid completion of any
project. The product is available in White and
Steel Grey, both colours provide a gloss
finish.
The formula brings ease of application and
effective levelling together to provide a finish
that will transform old appliances and refresh
the overall appearance.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
COVERAGE
8m² per litre. Touch dry in 3 hours. Recoat
after 16 hours if required.
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness
or cracking
DRYING TIME
In case of contact with eyes, rinse
immediately with plenty of water and seek
medical advice.
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint is touch
dry in 3 hours. Drying time varies with
temperature and relative humidity. Allow 16
hours before recoating if required.
After contact with skin, wash immediately with
plenty of water.
Wear suitable gloves.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint is
recoatable in 16 hours this applies when
conditions are normal (Adverse conditions can
prolong drying times and overcoating should
be adjusted accordingly.) A second coat may
be required when a major colour change is
involved. Always test plastic trim and handles
for adhesion on a small area first.
All equipment should be cleaned immediately
after use.
COMPOSITION
Wipe the tin and lid rim with a clean cloth prior
to resealing the tin.
Ronseal One Coat Appliance Paint is based
on a solvent borne medium oil alkyd resin.
This provides excellent durability and
adhesion qualities.
The formula also provides yellowing
resistance superior to conventional paints.
Flammable product.
Remove as much product as possible from
tools and equipment before cleaning.
Ensure maximum ventilation during
application and drying.
If swallowed seek medical advise immediately
and show this container label.
Avoid release to the environment
Clean brushes with brush cleaner or white
spirit.
Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long
term adverse effect in aquatic environments.
Contains Cobolt Carboxylate, EMKO; May
cause an allergic reaction.

Viscosity – Low to medium viscosity liquid.
VOC Content – High (25-50% w/v).
Odour – Characteristic solvent type.
Solubility- Immiscible with water.
Colour- Colour will vary dependent on shade.
Flash Point- 23-61 CC (Closed Cup)
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
Clean surfaces with a detergent solution.
Flash point above 23-610C.
Flammable product.
STORAGE
SUPPLY
Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away
from heat and sources of ignition. Store
upright and carefully reseal partly used
containers.
Obtainable from DIY retailers, paint suppliers
and builders merchants.
The shelf life of Ronseal One Coat Appliance
Paint in airtight containers is at least 3 years.
500ml resealable containers.

Some local authorities have special facilities
for disposal of waste paints/varnishes.
Do not empty product into drains or
watercourses.
