Sub : Permission to send duty free materials out of the zone for sub – contracting
purposes by M/s. Hexaware Technologies Limited SEZ to M/s. CCCL RMC
Division - Reg.
M/s. Hexaware Technologies Limited, have been notified as a SEZ developer vide
approval No. F2/107/2005 – EPZ dated 09.01.06.
M/s. Hexaware Technologies Limited, have now requested our approval for sending the
duty free material like cement of 150 MT to the sub-contractor indicated above for
converting the same into RMC vide their letter no. Nil dated. 06.04.2010. The duty free
cement would be sent to their sub-contractor M/s. CCCL RMC Division located at No.
37, Padavettaman Koil Street, Kazipattur Village, Padur Post – 603 103 for converting
into ready mix concrete purposes.
The wastage norms specified by the job worker is 3% for scrap.

M/s Hexaware Technologies Ltd., Unit I a SEZ unit in the Hexaware Technologies Ltd
SEZ have requested approval vide their letter dt: 06.04.2010, to procure duty free
indigenous items like CISCO IP phone (LIC-CM-DL-10) and TFT monitors for their
authorized operations.

indigenous items like CISCO IP phone, Desktops, Servers etc., for their authorized
operations.

Properties SEZ.
M/s. Mobius Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd., a SEZ unit in the Shriram Properties SEZ,
have requested approval vide letter dt: 17.03.2010 for the specified services to be carried
out by them for their authorized operations. The approval is sought in the light of the
notification no. 9/2009 dt. 03.03.09 & 15/2009 dt. 20.05.09, regarding service tax.
The unit has requested for a list of specified services essential to carry out the authorized
operations.
