ALL EVENTS – SAGINAW MASONIC TEMPLE!
The Mid-Michigan York Rite Seven Order Day went very well thanks to all the
participants. Much thanks to Lin Duncan , Norine Reid and Jean Roggow for preparing
the food and their efforts in the kitchen making a enjoyable lunch! Thanks to Dwight
Humm of Saginaw Council#20 and Louie Robinson of Saginaw Valley Chapter #31 for
helping with the coordinating parts and costumes. I would also like to thank, companions
John Banning and Paul Roggow for helping Tom Reid with the registration desk. A BIG
THANK YOU , to William Duncan for his coordinative efforts to make the day a
success! Finally, I appreciate all the thanks that were given me for my supportive efforts
to fill in the gaps!
It was nice to have the Grand High Priest of the Royal Arch Masons , James
Kiefer , Deputy Grand Master of Grand Council , David Boring , and Grand
Commandery of the Knights Templars of Michigan , Howard Crumit , along with their
staff assisting for the whole day! It made for a room full , when we held the Reception of
Grand Officers.
On April 5th,2014 , we are having a KNIGHTS TEMPLAR ALL ORDER
DAY , starting at 9am! Sir Knights , we are in need of your help and support to put on
these magnificent Orders(degrees)). Please contact W.J.Duncan at: dunk@usol.com or
989 737 3969 to let him know what position you can fill, and how many candidates you
are bringing. If you can fill a position that would be great! We also need Sir Knights to
help in other ways!
Please remember SIR GENE DAVISON and is LADY SUE in your thoughts
and prayers as Gene is recovering from his mis-adventures in his acrobatic endeavors.
S.K. Gene is doing better and is recuperating at home. Get well soon, we miss you my
friend.
Give thought about accepting a position, we need Sir Knights to step up and help
your Commandery survive! Election of officers will be coming soon!
