Companions and Sir Knights,
In anticipation of Right Excellent Companion R. Keith O’Dell being elected as Most Excellent Grand High
Priest of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, and Sir Knight Thomas H. Gault, Sr. being elected to the Office of Right
Eminent Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Ohio, at the respective Grand
Sessions in October a reception in their honor is being planned for November 15, 2014 by the Companions of
the 5th District and the Sir Knights and Ladies of the Third Division. We extend a cordial invitation to all of the
Companions and Sir Knights and their Ladies of your Chapter or Commandery to join us in honoring them.

Dress for the evening will be, (for Chapter; Red coats or suits; for Commandery Full Templar Uniform less sword,
chapeau and gloves for the Sir Knights, unless you are helping form lines then Full Templar Uniform is required).
Ladies dress should be evening attire.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Great Wolf Lodge. Please call the Hotel direct for reservations. Tell
them you are with the “Grand York Rite” Group. Room rate is $104.00 plus tax. Last day for reservations at this rate is
November 1, 2014.

FOR
GREAT WOLF LODGE
For those interested in staying at Great Wolf Lodge in November, please not the following:
1. To register for staying at Hotel, there is a reservation desk to the south of the Convention Center
entrance. Please check in here for your room reservations.
2. Reservations can be made for up to 3 days prior and up to 3 days after the November 15 date at the
same rate of $104.00 plus tax.
3. There is plenty of free parking for all areas.
4. Your room reservations include 4 water park passes each day. Please bring your children or
grandchildren to take advantage of the water park access.
5. It is permissible to bring food and drinks into the Hotel areas, but is not permitted in the
Convention Center areas.
6. The 5th Capitular District and the 3rd Division will each have a Hospitality room on the first floor
of the Hotel close to the Convention Center.
