Veterans Transportation and Community Living Initiative (VTCLI)
VTCLI Technical Assistance Coordinator List
The VTCLI Technical Assistance Coordinators provide technical assistance on a variety of topics
related to One-Call/One-Click Transportation Resource Center operations and technology,
connecting and engaging the military community, supporting older transit customers and those with
disabilities.
Funded by the Federal Transit Administration, the VTCLI Technical Assistance team is administered
by the National Resource Center for Human Service Transportation Coordination at the Community
Transportation Association and includes representatives from the National Resource Center for
Human Service Transportation Coordination (NRC), housed at CTAA; the American Public
Transportation Association; the Armed Forces Services Corporation; Easter Seals, Inc.; Harman
Consulting and Joblinks Employment Transportation Center, housed at CTAA.
Each VTCLI grantee has a specific coordinator who communicates the grantee’s TA needs with the
team and identifies the best TA Coordinator to assist them. The TA coordinators provide both general
information (webinars, website resources, toolkits, peer exchange) as well as direct technical
assistance interventions in response to observed or requested needs (e.g. guidance on software
selection, introduction to local military leaders, statistics on the local military community, assisting with
the design of local community engagement activities).
