mobilization through increased sensitization of staff on cost containment, and

Fundraising - Development of a Fundraising strategy for the St. Augustine Campus aimed at
increasing non-state contributions, including development of Fundraising tools (materials,
messages, etc.) and identification of priority target areas and targets.
Alumni Affairs - deepening Alumni relations through the development of a comprehensive
alumni registry and an alumni strategic engagement plan .
Internationalization

Establishment of the Confucius Institute

Continuation of the ‘UWI Discover Series’ as part of the Internationalization Agenda to
expose participants –staff and students to the countries of Brazil, Russia, India, China
and South Africa as global leading powers

Continuation of the Caribbean Pacific Islands Mobility Scheme (CARPIMS) facilitating staff
and student mobilities
