General Outline: ( Objectives )

To enhance the listening ability to comprehend received emergency calls.
To enhance the speaking ability when receiving an emergency call.
To improve vocabulary skills with listening and speaking
To teach students various ways to ask questions and obtain correct information
from callers
To teach students to think logically and use English to produce clear, simple
sentences and to ask simple and direct questions.
Teachers should concentrate more on the language aspect than on the technical
content of the material.
Course based on a complete supplementary book Prepared by Reem Al-Nouri

o Suggestions: Teachers can use the material provided any way they like
to enhance reading and comprehension. Teachers can either use the
exercises provided or make their own questions on the material as
exercise.
