Highlights:
 Beyond textbooks has been going well. We can’t wait for our students to perform for us on AIMS.
 Our winter sports season is going exceptionally well. Boys Soccer is ranked number two, boys
basketball number five, girls basketball number two, and girls soccer number five. Our young wrestling
team is also making us proud.
 Our band students performed in the regional at Desert Vista.
 Our Cheer team performs at State on February 5th.
 Kyle Washington signed a letter of intent to play at Colorado.
 Kim Munoz and Ariel Hunter were chosen as finalists for the McDonald’s All American award. They are
two of 800 young ladies across the country to receive this award.
 The Chess team continues to do well for FHS.
 Tony Gooday received the Wildcat Academic Scholarship.
 Michael Trujillo was accepted to the California Institute of the Arts.
 We are winning in Academics, the Arts and Athletics.

We are extremely proud of being a part of a school with a strong heartbeat. Our kids and teachers are working
