This Programme is subject to change , any changes will be made to the Scout Group web site
–www.229greenhillmethodistscoutgroup.org.uk
Meeting Times: Beavers 6.25 - 7.25pm. Cubs 7.30 - 8.30pm (Unless indicated otherwise in the programme
notes.)
The parent rota has not been completed due to small numbers, this will be reviewed as numbers increase. It is
essential to ensure we have the legal requirement of 1 adult to 6 children. plus one extra leader Parents are asked to
wait and check at the beginning of each meeting to ensure sufficient Leaders and Parent Helpers arrive
For any outside activities we need extra adult help for the safety ratios, so it is especially welcomed if you would like to
volunteer for one of these.
Please remember sometimes things do change. We will let you know at Beaver colony nights, but up to date
information along with lots and lots of other useful stuff is always available from the website
www.229greenhillmethodistscoutgroup.org.uk
Subs are now due! If you don’t pay by standing order Subs for this term are £36 (for first child) and cheques should
be made payable to 229th Greenhill Methodist Scout Group see separate information on our Web site. The form for
paying Subs by standing order is on the web site as a download under ‘Subscriptions’ to be found at the bottom of the
Home Page.
Welcome to Richard who has decided to join our happy team, Richard is bringing new skills to our team, looking
forward to the Deep Blue night Richard has devised a fantastic presentation
Can you come and join our team of Leaders, no need to commit to every week if you decide to take
out a warrant and wear our uniform, there is some training. If you become an Occasional Helper no
training just commitment, all helpers will be DBS checked See Cath for further information.
