SYNOPSIS
Trying to recover from a sudden break-up, Jen Kornfeldt (Katherine Heigl) believes she’ll never
fall in love again. But when she reluctantly joins her parents on a trip to the French Riviera, Jen
happens to meet the man of her dreams, the dashing, handsome Spencer Aimes (Ashton Kutcher).
Three years later, her seemingly impossible wish has come true: she and Spencer are newlyweds
living the ideal suburban life – that is, until the morning after Spencer’s 30th birthday when
bullets start flying. Literally.
It turns out Spencer never bothered to tell Jen he was once an international super-spy, and now
Jen's perfect world has been turned upside down. Faced with the fact that her husband is a hit
man, Jen is determined to discover what other secrets Spencer might be keeping – all the while
trying to dodge bullets, keep up neighborly appearances, manage the in-laws…and work out
some major trust issues.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
When Jen Kornfeldt and Spencer Ames’ whirlwind vacation romance keeps going strong
after their return from the French Rivera, they decide to get married, looking forward to what any
average American couple would: a happy, relatively predictable life in the suburbs balancing
careers, in-laws and plans to start a family. But when highly trained, undercover assassins start
spraying their home with bullets, and Spencer demonstrates he’s no slouch himself when it comes
to taking out an opponent, Jen realizes that her husband of three years hasn’t been completely
honest about his past. That’s what launches Lionsgate’s KILLERS on its wild, unpredictable ride
– and Spencer and Jen towards one undeniable truth: mortal combat is not the time for major
couple’s therapy.
“Jen and Spencer have a great relationship and they are really good together and are really
loving, fun and charming with each other,” says Katherine Heigl, who co-stars as Jen Kornfeldt.
“Then comes the big shocker where she discovers this guy who she thought was just a contractor
actually killed more than a dozen people. That’s upsetting.”
“It’s about two people who are in love and one of them has a secret,” explains co-star
Ashton Kutcher. “It’s about their ability to coexist and I think everyone can relate to that.
Because I don’t know of a relationship between two people where there isn’t some version of a
secret, like, ‘This is my world and that’s your world.’”
While KILLERS has no shortage of action and suspense, director Robert Luketic believes
the appeal of the film - and the lion’s share of the comedy – lies in the thorny issue facing the
couple. “It’s this great comedic situation where Jen is saying, ‘You’ve got a lot of explaining to
do’ while they’re running for their lives. And while they’re on this adventure, the audience is
wondering, ‘Is this relationship going to last? Can it withstand the lie?’
KILLERS was first conceived as an action thriller in the vein of James Bond, but with an
added dose of humor. “I wanted the action and the intrigue, where there are stakes and people can
actually die, but I also wanted people to laugh,” says co-screenwriter Bob DeRosa. “When you
put people who have real issues into that kind of action, they’re just naturally going to blow off
steam, because otherwise the situation’s going to be just way too tragic and scary.”
But while he was supervising the script’s development, producer Scott Aversano realized
that the relationship between Spencer and Jen was the freshest element in the story. “I thought,
what if you used an action movie as the test for a marriage?” he says. Several rewrites later,
KILLERS achieved its appealing mix of relationship comedy and action movie that caught the
attention of its two stars.

For Kutcher, the opportunity to play Spencer was a welcome opportunity after the boxoffice success of films like WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, A LOT LIKE LOVE and the cult hit,
DUDE, WHERE’S MY CAR? “I haven’t played a character like this before. I’d been looking for
opportunities to move into other genres, specifically action, adventure, things like that,” says
Kutcher. “This was a marriage of the two, so it made sense for me to make an action film that had
a comedic tone.”
Aversano agrees that the role comes at a perfect time for Kutcher. “Many of the movies
that people remember him for he’s playing the wacky dude who seems perennially eighteen,
nineteen, twenty years old and he is vastly different than that,” he says. “He is more than ready to
transition into a role where he has real gravitas, where he is both a physical presence and is
struggling with adult issues.”
“He’s a genius with comedy,” reports Heigl, “but in this movie he’s also got this
beautiful balance with being more serious. He’s trying to protect his relationship and his wife,
and you can really feel how important those things are to him.”
Adds Luketic, “You’re going to see a vulnerability in Ashton in this film that perhaps you
haven’t seen before.”
Apart from his performance, Kutcher impressed everyone involved with his prowess and
commitment as a producer of KILLERS, which is one of several projects he has produced with
his partner, Jason Goldberg at Katalyst. Says Luketic, “Ashton is a very astute businessman, as
well as a wonderful actor, and it was a real pleasure to see those two personalities work together.
He really wanted the movie to be a success and you could see it in how hard he worked to make
everything look the way it did. Our movie looks stunning, and that’s due to having great
producers.”
Aversano agrees. “He produced the movie with me, and really, I laugh sometimes when I
think about the roles that people know him for and what he is capable of. He’s an incredibly
capable business man and a very thoughtful producer.”
With Kutcher on board, Katherine Heigl readily committed to the role of Jen Kornfeldt,
the woman who turns Spencer’s world on end. Says Heigl of her character, “I love her because
she’s a little bit geeky, a little bit nerdy. She’s a computer science kind of techno-gal and she’s a
little bit tragic because she’s been in a lot of really bad relationships.”
Best known for her work on ABC’s acclaimed drama, “Grey’s Anatomy,” Heigl has risen
to big-screen fame with a series of hit romantic comedies: KNOCKED UP, 27 DRESSES, and
THE UGLY TRUTH. “I was really excited about working with Ashton,” she says. “I’d heard so
many amazing and great things about him as a person. But I also knew that this was a departure

for him and it was a departure for me because I’ve been doing a lot of romantic comedies. I love
them and I don’t want to tear myself away from them just yet. So this was a great way for me to
get the romantic comedy but with a slightly different spin.”
“You feel a warmth when you watch Katherine on the screen,” says Luketic. “There are
very few people who have what she has. Part of Katherine’s charm is her accessibility and
vulnerability, and no matter how ridiculous a scene may be, the sense of grounding she brings to
it.”
Adds Kutcher, “She has a childlike sense of innocence but she’s very smart and she
knows what’s going on. She combines that with Jen’s sense of wonderment, where she’s
suddenly questioning everything about her life, and it makes for an intoxicating mix.”
Having worked with Luketic previously on THE UGLY TRUTH, Heigl was eager to
collaborate once again with the director. “Robert is one of my favorite not only directors, but
people.” Heigl says, “We did a film last summer together that we had such a great time on, so I
knew working with him would be dreamy.”
“We both like to work in the same way and we genuinely respect each other,” adds
Luketic. “We enjoy each other’s process.”
The director of the smash hit, LEGALLY BLONDE, as well as 21 and THE UGLY
TRUTH, Robert Luketic had long been in search of a project like KILLERS. “I’d always wanted
to make a film that blended romance and comedy and suspense,” says the director. “They’re hard
genres to blend together and get totally right. And this script hit my desk and I fell in love with
the concept instantly. It had elements of romance. It was funny. It had adventure. It had it all.”
“Robert does two things that I have great admiration for,” avows Aversano. “One is he
manages to attract fantastic people around him. And second, he knows what his objective is. He
can get real performances from his actors and do something interesting and great, yet not lose
sight of the fact that this is commercial entertainment conceived to satisfy audiences.”
For Luketic, the challenge of KILLERS was successfully blending comedy and action. “It
can be a tonal minefield,” he admits. “You need to pick those moments when it’s right to be
serious and when it’s right to be funny. We chose to start off with a laugh. We had to make sure
we gave people permission to laugh in the beginning of the movie. So once they’re relaxed and
realize they can have fun, when they see something that’s kind of dangerous, they know that
there’s going to be release or relief immediately after that.”
For producer Aversano, the balance of relationships, action, and humor stems from the
combined effort of everyone involved. “I think that everyone who’s worked on this project had a
creative vision for the film. We just didn’t want to see the same things that we’ve seen before. So

there was a real creative process of putting our heads together and coming up with things that
have never been seen before.”
As casting continued, the filmmakers faced the challenge of finding the right comedic
actors to play Mr. and Mrs. Kornfeldt, Jen’s protective and overbearing parents. “They’re maybe
a little too close, a little too involved,” explains Heigl. “Jen’s dad is super protective of her and
she kind of succumbs to it and poor Spencer gets the constant barrage of opinions.”
For the part of Mr. Kornfeldt, Kutcher was determined to find someone who was
genuinely intimidating. “I call Mr. Kornfeldt ‘Sir’ in the script a lot,” he says. “And I was
thinking, ‘Who am I going to call Sir?’” Who’s a bigger guy, who’s got an intimidating thing, but
doesn’t have to try to be intimidating?” Kutcher loved the idea of Tom Selleck, whom he’s
admired since his days on the seminal television show, “Magnum P.I.”
Selleck was eager to be a part of the project. “It’s kind of a no-brainer to be asked to do a
movie like this and be a part of it. I’m glad they thought I could contribute,” he says.
Says Luketic, “Tom brought just this wonderful, stoic figure of a father. He’s subtle and
always spot-on and he’s a real presence. You absolutely believe that he’s someone who can rattle
Spencer’s cage.”
“He has a comedic ability without telling jokes,” adds Kutcher. “Just his sensibility is
funny. He doesn’t move. He’s like a rock. He also has the most epic mustache ever known to
man. He was Magnum. I’ll never be that cool, ever, in my life.”
In the part of Mrs. Kornfeldt, comedy veteran Catherine O’Hara, known to many for her
memorable roles in Christopher Guest films like WAITING FOR GUFFMAN and BEST IN
SHOW, demonstrates her talent for improvisation. “Catherine O’Hara is a comedic genius,”
avows Luketic. “She has random strokes of brilliance that just come out of her. We had to do
significant ADR in this film because the crew would just lose their mind when she opened her
mouth. I don’t know how she does it.”
Says Aversano, “If Tom Selleck is the ultimate straight man, then Catherine is the
ultimate not-straight man. She’s managed to create a life for this character and her marriage that
is completely credible. And she brings a ton of comedic magic herself, which she has in vast
supply.”
Rounding out the principal cast as Spencer’s best friend, Henry, is comedian and actor
Rob Riggle. “Henry is a pretty happy-go-lucky, lovable guy,” explains Riggle. “He’s an architect
and he’s Spencer’s best friend. But he’s got some secrets, some issues that we discover as the
movie goes on.”

“We looked at a lot of people for Henry,” remembers Aversano. “There are always
different versions in people’s mind of what the buddy part looks like. But Rob stood out. As a
human being, he just radiates warmth, like you want to hang out with him. He’s fantastic.”
Riggle is also a marine, which gave him a distinct advantage during the filming of a key
fight scene midway through the film. He explains, “I’ve had hand-to-hand training and every
couple years we have to go back and retrain, so I did have an understanding of that. When you
consider the physical rigors of doing a movie like this, being a marine definitely helps.”
For his part, Kutcher approached the physical demands of his role with great enthusiasm
and commitment. He began training two months prior to the start of shooting, met with former
CIA officials for research, and studied a range of martial arts disciplines in the process. “I was
very excited about the action elements. So I took a month of training in Kraw Maga, and then I
did a little bit of Muay Thai training and some Filipino knife fighting,” he says. “Then once you
start mixing these different martial arts, they actually all start to kind of blend together into your
own specific style. I also learned a little bit about Savate because the movie starts in France and
Savate is actually something the French Navy invented.”
Kutcher continued his training until the first day of shooting, surprising Luketic with the
extent of his hard work. “He must have doubled his muscle mass,” says the director. “He was
totally convincing as an action man.”
Conversely, Jen Kornfeldt is completely oblivious to the world of espionage and hand-tohand combat, and by her own admission, that suited Heigl just fine. “I’m not a big stunt person
and I can go into all the reasons why – I’m really uncoordinated, I’m not terribly athletic,” laughs
Heigl. “So I said, ‘I think you guys should be prepared for someone who can look a lot like me
doing these very exciting things.’”
Once the first assassin strikes, Spencer and Jen realize that no one can be trusted –friends,
neighbors, work associates – because anyone might be a hired killer. Explains Luketic, “Even just
going into a K-Mart to buy a pregnancy test kit becomes a gauntlet of hell. Their whole life in the
suburbs is turned upside down.” Considering the range of potential killers, the filmmakers felt
strongly that there should be diversity in the way Spencer is attacked. So Luketic worked with
second unit director and stunt coordinator Doug Coleman to give each killer his own unique style.
Says Coleman, “Some are into heavy artillery. Some are more into hand-to-hand, bar brawl style
fighting.
Some seem like they were trained by some master ninja somewhere.” Coleman
designed the fight choreography so that each stunt played by the rules of the world the
filmmakers had created. “We always wanted to keep it true to the story, so that nobody leaps
seven feet in the air and is able to karate kick through a wall,” says Coleman. “I think of it as the

sort of ‘found object’ version of fighting. Whatever’s in the room at the time may end up being
used as a weapon.”
While the production spent most of its time shooting in Spencer’s and Jen’s idyllic
suburban community, the production initially spent almost two weeks in Nice, France to establish
Spencer’s glamorous life of espionage and trace the romantic beginnings of Spencer and Jen’s
relationship. Production designer Missy Stewart, a long-time Luketic collaborator, says the
production team chose Nice because it was their goal “to pay homage to classic films like TO
CATCH A THIEF, and we wanted all those great driving roads for the scenes of Spencer in the
Ferrari.”
Most importantly, Nice provided an undeniably romantic locale for Spencer and Jen’s
courtship. “The South of France is arguably, certainly to an American audience, the most magical
place in the world to fall in love,” says Aversano. “It still has that kind of power and that kind of
romantic allure.” The production shot the bulk of its days in a small town called Ville Franche.
Continues Aversano, “It’s literally a street on the harbor, with these amazing cafes and a maritime
culture that’s completely authentic.”
The genuine connection that Spencer and Jen forge in Nice reverberates strongly
throughout the rest of the film, and Luketic credits Kutcher and Heigl for generating the
necessary heat. “We’ve been amazed at just how engaging the love story is,” says the director.
“Ashton and Katherine had such natural chemistry - you just want these two people to really be
together.”
“As actors and as people, they’re both electric personalities,” says Aversano. “They have
real energy and seeing them together, and watching them figure it out, is really pleasurable.”
With its combination of comedy, romance and action, the filmmakers hope the film will
appeal to a wide range of audiences. “I hope people will be wildly entertained,” Luketic says. “I
think it’s a great date movie. The romance is thoroughly engaging and real, and then we have the
action and intrigue that men will relate to.”
“It’s kind of an outrageous yet still realistic look at marriage and what a marriage can go
through,” says Heigl. “The thing I love the most is the humor. And there’s a surprise ending. I
don’t think anyone will see it coming.”
“The thing about this movie is it offers a little bit of everything,” adds Kutcher. “It’s
exciting. It’s a thriller. But it’s also funny, and at the heart of it, it’s a relationship movie. So I
think that there’s an array of movies that people like to go see that are in this film. It will get
your heart beating, and then maybe break it a little bit, and then put it back together.”

ABOUT THE CAST
KATHERINE HEIGL (Jen Kornfeldt) has quickly emerged as one of Hollywood’s
brightest talents.
This fall, Heigl will star opposite Josh Duhamel in the Warner Bros. big-screen drama
LIFE AS WE KNOW IT, directed by Greg Berlanti. In the film, Heigl and Duhamel’s characters
have nothing in common but their dislike for each other and their love for their goddaughter.
When they suddenly become all she has in the world, they are forced to put their differences aside
and find some common ground, while living under one roof. Heigl is also an executive producer
on the film.
Heigl will soon start production on ONE FOR THE MONEY which she is also executive
producing along with her production company Abishag. She stars in the film as bounty hunter
Stephanie Plum. The story is based on the first novel in the best-selling Stephanie Plum series,
written by Janet Evanovich. It spent over 75 weeks on the best seller list and also spawned 15
sequels. The film, directed by Julie Ann Robinson, will also star Jason O’Mara and Daniel
Sunjata and will be released by Lionsgate.
Heigl became a box-office sensation starring in the smash hit comedy KNOCKED UP.
Following that she starred with Ed Burns in the romantic comedy 27 DRESSES and then opposite
Gerard Butler in the romantic comedy, THE UGLY TRUTH which she also executive produced.
Heigl was awarded the trophy for Female Star of the Year at the 2010 ShoWest awards in Las
Vegas.
Heigl’s previous film credits include the comedy THE RINGER, the horror film
VALENTINE, Steven Soderbergh’s critically acclaimed depression-era drama, KING OF THE
HILL, UNDER SEIGE 2: DARK TERRITORY opposite Steven Segal, STAND-INS and THAT
NIGHT. Her first leading role was in Touchstone Pictures’ MY FATHER THE HERO starring
opposite Gerard Depardieu.
On television, Heigl was formerly seen on ABC’s critically acclaimed drama “Grey’s
Anatomy.” Heigl portrayed Dr. Isobel “Izzie” Stevens, the small-town girl who is constantly
battling for respect amongst her peers. Heigl earned an Emmy® Award in 2007 as well as a
Golden Globe® nomination in 2007 for her performance. Heigl also starred on the WB’s sci-fi
drama series, “Roswell.” Additional television credits include the Hallmark Channel’s “Love

As an actor, Kutcher first gained recognition as ‘Michael Kelso’ on the Fox/Carsey

TOM SELLECK’s (Mr. Kornfeldt) versatility in both television and film has won the
attention of audiences and critics worldwide. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of ‘Tom
Magnum’ in the eighties television hit “Magnum P.I.,” which garnered him both an Emmy®
Award and a Golden Globe® Award for ‘Best Actor in a Drama Series,’ as well as four People’s
Choice Awards, four Emmy® nominations and six Golden Globe® nominations for this role.
Although Selleck is a television icon who still maintains a strong fan base that dates back
to “Magnum PI,” he has also established a contemporary audience that he acquired from the
success of his Emmy® Award-nominated role in the “Jesse Stone” movie of the week franchise,
which began airing four years ago on CBS. Selleck plays the part of ‘Jesse Stone,’ a New
England police chief investigating a string of murders.
During 2007-2008, Selleck became a series regular on NBC’s hit television show “Las
Vegas” alongside Josh Duhamel and Molly Simms.
In 2006, Selleck had the recurring role of ‘Ivan Tiggs,’ on David E. Kelley’s Emmy®
Award-winning ABC television drama series “Boston Legal.”
In TNT’s “Louis L’Amour’s Crossfire Trail,” which aired in 2001, Selleck starred as
‘Rafe Covington.’ This film set a new record for being the highest rated movie in the history of
basic cable.
Selleck guest-starred in nine episodes of NBC’s critically acclaimed show “Friends”
during the years of 1996-2000. Selleck’s portrayal of ‘Dr. Richard Burke,’ ‘Monica’s’ (Courtney
Cox) boyfriend, gained him an Emmy® nomination for ‘Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy
Series’ in 2000.
Other notable television credits include: CBS’s “Twelve Mile Road” (2003), “The
Closer” (1998) and “Shadow Riders” (1982); ABC’s “Divorce Wars” (1982); Showtime’s “Ruby
Jean and Joe” (1996); TNT’s “Broken Trust” (1995) and “Last Stand at Saber River” (1997);
NBC’s “Returning Home” (1975); Turner Film’s “Running Mates” (2000); and A&E’s “IKE:

In addition to television, Selleck’s motion picture acting career has shown him in a
variety of roles. In 1987, Selleck starred opposite Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg in THREE

has executive produced each installment of the “Jesse Stone” series. Selleck also co-wrote the

Allen and Michael Brandman. Additionally, Selleck not only starred in, but also executive
produced “Monte Walsh,” a two-and-a-half hour television movie for TNT, which was the

CATHERINE O’HARA (Mrs. Kornfeldt) won the 2007 National Board of Review
Award for Supporting Actress for her work in Christopher Guest’s comedy, FOR YOUR
CONSIDERATION. She has also worked with Guest as a member of the ensemble casts of A
MIGHTY WIND, BEST IN SHOW, and WAITING FOR GUFFMAN.
Earlier film work includes AFTER HOURS, HEARTBURN, BEETLEJUICE, and the first
two HOME ALONE movies. O'Hara also worked on HOME FRIES, ORANGE COUNTY,
LAST OF THE HIGH KINGS, THE LIFE BEFORE THIS, PENELOPE, and AWAY WE GO.

O’Hara first worked professionally with Toronto’s Second City Theatre then, with fellow

Canadian-born actress KATHERYN WINNICK (Vivian) has always been drawn to the
unconventional, and her diverse acting resume proves it. After being selected from among
thousands of other young actors to be documented on Bravo’s groundbreaking docu-drama “The
‘It’ Factor,” Katheryn has gone on to work extensively in both feature films and hit TV shows.
In 2009, Katheryn was nominated for a Gotham Award for Best Ensemble Cast in COLD
SOULS, where she starred opposite Academy Award® nominees Paul Giamatti, David Strathairn
and Emily Watson. Most recently, she wrapped production on Ed Zwick’s LOVE AND OTHER
DRUGS opposite Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway for 20th Century Fox, as well as Rob
Legato’s thriller CHOOSE, alongside Kevin Pollack.
On television, Katheryn followed her teen debut as a recurring character on the popular
Canadian series “Student Bodies” with a much-buzzed-about guest-lead on FOX’s hit series
“House.” She has also guest-starred on such hit shows as “CSI: NY,” “Law & Order: Criminal
Intent” and “Oz.”
Katheryn was able to showcase her artistic abilities in the film WHEN NIETZCHE
WEPT, opposite Armand Assante and Ben Cross, as well as her comedic side as Matthew
McConaughey’s girlfriend in Paramount’s box-office hit FAILURE TO LAUNCH.
Katheryn is not only an accomplished actress; she received her first Black Belt at the age
of 13, competed nationally, and then went on to become a licensed bodyguard. Currently,
Katheryn holds a third-degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a second-degree Black Belt in
Karate.
She currently resides in Los Angeles.
Many know KEVIN SUSSMAN (Mac Bailey) from his series regular role of 'Walter' on
the ABC hit series, “Ugly Betty” as well as his work in the iconic indie hit WET HOT
AMERICAN SUMMER. His studio feature work includes SWEET HOME ALABAMA,

LISA ANN WALTER (Olivia Brooks) is best known for her stand-out performances in
feature films such as ‘Chessy’ in THE PARENT TRAP and ‘Bobbie’ in SHALL WE DANCE,
opposite Richard Gere. Other favorite features include working with Jim Carrey and Jennifer
Aniston in BRUCE ALMIGHTY as well as Tom Cruise in Steven Spielberg’s WAR OF THE
WORLDS.
Walter’s independent feature career includes garnering four Festival Best Actress awards
for playing the title character in THE TROUBLE WITH DEE DEE co-starring Kurtwood Smith.
She is the proud creator, executive producer and returning judge of the second season of
Oxygen’s hit dance/weight loss competition series “Dance Your Ass Off,” currently airing or
being produced in 28 countries. She also executive produced and appeared in the “All-Chick
Stand-up Extravaganza – The Naughty Show” and co-created, produced and directed the original
stunting series “Gonzo Girlz.”
Walter graduated from The Catholic University of America with a B.F.A. in classical
theater and acted in repertory, regional and Off-Broadway theater before continuing her career as
a nationally touring stand-up comic. Her comedic voice of a multi-tasking young mom led to
offers from Hollywood. She co-created, produced and starred in several sitcoms, including Fox’s
“My Wildest Dreams” and ABC's “Life's Work.” She enjoyed being a frequent trouble-maker on
Bill Maher’s “Politically Incorrect” and guest-starring on “Nip/Tuck.”
Walter happily donates her writing, performing, and hostess abilities to such high-profile
charity performance events such as “What A Pair” - an evening of female duets benefiting the
John Wayne Cancer Institute’s Breast Cancer Research. She also enjoys gourmet cooking, all
forms of dancing and heated trivia contests with her mother while watching “Jeopardy.” She is
most proud of her four beautiful children, Jordan, Delia and twins Simon and Spencer. And the
fact that her stomach is still reasonably flat after being the clown car they all came out of.
CASEY WILSON (Kristen) was a featured player on “Saturday Night Live” and was cast
this season as a series regular in the ABC comedy pilot “Happy Endings,” directed by Joe and
Anthony Russo. Her film credits include Christopher Guest’s FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION
and Nora Ephron’s JULIE AND JULIA.
Variety has called Casey one of the “Top 10 Comics to Watch.”
She hails from Alexandria, Virginia and is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts and
the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. After graduation she co-wrote and performed (alongside her
best gal pal June Raphael) the two-woman sketch comedy show "Rode Hard and Put Away Wet"
at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and L.A. The show ran for eleven months
and was an official selection of HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, and was listed as a
Critic's Pick in TimeOut NY.
Casey and June’s writing partnership has branched out into the film world. They co-wrote
the movie BRIDE WARS starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson, and were recently hired to
write a new draft of THE BACHELORETTE, a feature in development at Universal with Ruben
Fleischer attached to direct.
Casey continues to perform live, most recently in Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Nora and
Delia Ephron at New York’s Westside Theatre. She’s onstage frequently at The Upright Citizens
Brigade Theater in LA, appearing in various comedy shows including Worst Laid Plans (True
Stories of Terrible Sex).
Her other TV credits include the FOX sketch comedy pilot “The Right Now Show” by
“Comedy Death Ray” creators Scott Aukerman and B.J. Porter, and MTV’s “Human Giant,” as
well as voice work on the animated series “Glenn Martin, DDS” for Nick at Night.

ROB RIGGLE (Henry) grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, where he attended Shawnee
Mission South high school and, later, the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a
Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Film. He served in the United States Marine Corps
immediately following college before beginning his comedy career. While serving in the Marine
Corps on active duty Rob earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Rob has appeared in an array of popular TV programs and major films. He has been a cast
member of “Saturday Night Live” and a correspondent on “The Daily Show with Jon
Stewart” and has appeared on “The Office,” “Arrested Development,” “American Dad,” “Gary
Unmarried,” and HBO’s “Funny or Die.” Most recently, Rob had his own stand up special on
Comedy Central. His film credits include TALLADEGA NIGHTS, STEP BROTHERS, THE
GOODS, and THE HANGOVER. Rob can next be seen in THE OTHER GUYS which will be
released on August 6th.
Rob is still in the Marine Corps Reserves today and is currently a Lt. Colonel, having
formerly served in Liberia, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
After graduating from public high school, MARTIN MULL (Holbrook) spent the next six
years at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s
degrees in Fine Arts. A Master’s Degree doesn’t automatically make one smart and, to prove that
point, Mull embarked on a career as a musician/singer/songwriter/comedian. The next 15 years of
performing – in virtually every facility that could boast an adequate sound system – was fueled in
part by the release of four albums on Capricorn Records, two for ABC Records, and one for
Elektra Records. “I’m Everyone I’ve Ever Loved” was nominated for a Grammy® for Best
Comedy Recording. The following year, “Sex and Violins” was nominated for Best Cover
Design. His acting debut was made on Norman Lear’s “Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.” Then,
he hosted the half-hour talk shows “Fernwood 2 Night” and, subsequently, “America 2Nite.”
From there, Mull starred in two series for CBS: “Domestic Life” and “His and Hers,” as well as
“The History of White People” for Cinemax. The latter, a six-part “mockumentary,” won the
cable-TV ACE Award, the Writer’s Guild of America Award, and was placed by TIME magazine
in its “Top Ten Shows of the Year.” Mull spent the following eight years as a regular on the hit
series “Roseanne,” and also starred in “Sabrina, The Teen Witch.” Since 1978, Mull has
appeared in numerous feature films, including starring roles in CLUE, SERIAL, and RENTED
LIPS, which he also wrote; and featured roles in such films as MRS. DOUBTFIRE, JINGLE
ALL THE WAY, MR. MOM, FM and MY BODYGUARD. Also an exhibiting artist, Martin’s
paintings have been shown in numerous galleries and museums worldwide.
ALEX BORSTEIN (Lily Bailey) is best known for her wildly popular character ‘Ms.
Swan’ on MADtv and as the voice of ‘Lois’ on “Family Guy,” where she also serves as a
writer/producer.
Borstein is no stranger to the film world. In addition to GOOD NIGHT, AND GOOD
LUCK, she has appeared opposite Halle Barry in CATWOMAN, and in various other features,
including KICKING & SCREAMING, THE LIZZIE MCGUIRE MOVIE, COYOTE UGLY,
SHOWTIME, BAD BOY and BAD SANTA.
Originally from Chicago, Borstein moved to Los Angeles with her family in 1980. She
graduated from San Francisco State University, where she earned a degree in rhetoric. She started
performing improvisation while in San Francisco and later joined the ACME Comedy Theatre in
Los Angeles. Alex recently toured the country with her critically heralded stand-up special,
"Drop Dead Gorgeous in a Down-to-Earth Bombshell Sort of Way." The DVD will be released
this year from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.
Borstein is short and lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jackson.

ROBERT LUKETIC (Director) made his feature film debut in 2001 directing the smash
hit comedy LEGALLY BLONDE. The film, starring Reese Witherspoon as blonde sorority queen
turned lawyer Elle Woods, was nominated for two Golden Globe® Awards (Best Motion Picture
- Musical or Comedy, and Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or
Comedy).
More recently, Luketic directed the hit comedy THE UGLY TRUTH starring Katherine
Heigl and Gerard Butler, released by Columbia Pictures in 2009.
Previously, Luketic helmed 21, inspired by the true story of the very brightest young
minds in the country – and how they took Vegas for millions. The film starred Kevin Spacey, Jim
Sturgess and Kate Bosworth. Prior to that, Luketic directed the box office success, MONSTERIN-LAW, starring Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda, which marked Fonda’s first acting role in
fifteen years. Luketic also directed the romantic comedy WIN A DATE WITH TAD
HAMILTON!, which starred Kate Bosworth, Nathan Lane, Josh Duhamel and Topher Grace.
Born in Sydney, Australia, Luketic won his first award at the age of 15, when he was
honored for Best Film at the ATOM Film Festival. Luketic went on to study at the Victorian
College of Arts – School of Film and Television (VCA), one of Australia’s most prestigious film
schools. His award-winning short film, TITSIANA BOOBERINI, screened at many film festivals
including Sundance, Telluride, Aspen and Santa Barbara, which brought him to the attention of
Hollywood.
Where BOB DEROSA (Co-Screenwriter and Story by) comes from, nice guys finish
first. The Florida-born screenwriter co-wrote director Jieho Lee’s crime-drama THE AIR I
BREATHE, now available on DVD and Blu-Ray.
After graduating from the University of Florida, Bob returned home to Orlando and
became a leading figure in the city’s thriving theatre and film community. In addition to cofounding the award-winning comedy troupe THEM, Bob spent three years programming for the
Florida Film Festival. After relocating to Los Angeles, Bob wrote two evenings of one-act plays,
as well as several shows for Sacred Fools Theater in Hollywood. His most recent stage-work is
the ongoing comedy-noir “Bloody Knuckles,” which can be seen as a part of the late-night show
“Serial Killers,” Saturday nights at Sacred Fools.
When he’s not writing, Bob captains an adult kickball team and studies Kenpo karate. In
other words, if you kick a big ball at Bob, he will either catch it or kick you, depending on the
circumstances.
Bob currently resides in Studio City, CA with his lady Jen and their three kids, who look
suspiciously like cats.
SCOTT AVERSANO (Producer) is an independent producer. He served as executive
producer on THE LAST AIRBENDER with M. Night Shyamalan, which Paramount Pictures will
release on July 2nd. Aversano produced “Ghosts/Aliens,” a pilot for Comedy Central. He
recently served as executive producer on ANGUS, THONGS, AND PERFECT SNOGGING for
Paramount Pictures International and Nickelodeon Movies.
Formerly President of MTV Films and Nickelodeon Movies, Aversano was responsible
for overseeing the label’s annual slate of films including the acquisition of literary properties,
development, and production of motion pictures. Before that, he spent seven years working with
independent producer Scott Rudin, most recently as President of Production. While with Rudin,
Aversano produced a variety of films including FAILURE TO LAUNCH (producer), TEAM

television producer, television writer, and studio executive. Karz most recently produced
VALENTINE’S DAY, which was directed by Garry Marshall. The movie has grossed over 215
million dollars worldwide and set several box-office records including the biggest romantic
comedy opening weekend ever and largest President’s Day weekend opening of all time. He will
be re-teaming with Garry Marshall later this year on the VALENTINE’S DAY follow-up entitled
NEW YEAR’S EVE (New Line). Karz has a number of projects in development including
HONEYMOON WITH HARRY, (New Line) written and to be directed by Oscar® winner Paul
Haggis and starring Bradley Cooper; SAY UNCLE, (Warner Bros.) to star Zach Galifianakis; and
BLENDED, (Warner Bros.) which will also star Katherine Heigl and will be directed by Michael

series’ most high-profile projects, including TOOTHLESS, the first original movie for the
division; “Geppetto,” Disney’s first original television musical with music and lyrics by Stephen

CHRISTOPHER PRATT (Executive Producer) is also producing OPPOSITES

Christopher produced Thinkfilm’s THE AIR I BREATHE, the film is loosely based on a Chinese
proverb that breaks life into four key emotions: Happiness, Sorrow, Pleasure and Love. Released
in 2008 and starring Forest Whitaker, Brendan Fraser, Emile Hirsch, Sarah Michelle Gellar,
Kevin Bacon and Andy Garcia. Pratt continues to produce, with company client George Wallace,
the #1 comedy show on the Las Vegas strip at the world famous Flamingo Casino & Hotel, which
is in year six of its hit run. Christopher began his career under George Shapiro and Howard West
(Seinfeld, The Man on the Moon) and now runs literary and production division of Elements
Entertainment.
CHAD MARTING (Executive Producer) moved to Los Angeles from Lawrence,
Kansas in 1997 to work as the assistant to blockbuster producer Jerry Bruckheimer, participating
in such big budget films as ARMAGEDDON and ENEMY OF THE STATE. From there he went
to run development at film financier/production company Roadside Attractions, overseeing
production on several award-winning features and documentaries such as Nicole Holofcener's
LOVELY & AMAZING and LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Marting then went to run production at
David Lancaster Productions supervising production on several films, such as A LOVE SONG
FOR BOBBY LONG starring John Travolta and Scarlett Johansson, Stephen King's RIDING
THE BULLET and Wes Craven's THE BREED. In addition to development, financing, and film
and TV production at David Lancaster Productions, he also managed the German Apollo Film
Fund for North America. Earlier this year, Marting produced DROOL, which was in theaters in
January. Chad Marting is currently head of production at management/production company
Elements Entertainment.
WILLIAM S. BEASLEY (Executive Producer) has enjoyed a distinguished film career
spanning more than 40 films since 1975. He recently executive produced David S. Goyer’s
thriller THE UNBORN for Rogue Pictures, starring Odette Yustman and Gary Oldman.
Beasley also executive produced the Columbia Pictures film 21, starring Kevin Spacey,
Jim Sturgess, Kate Bosworth and Laurence Fishburne. The film allowed him the opportunity to
again work with director Robert Luketic. The two had previously worked together on the
DreamWorks comedy WIN A DATE WITH TAD HAMILTON!.
He has also worked with director Gore Verbinski on THE WEATHER MAN, starring
Nicolas Cage, and THE MEXICAN, starring Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. Beasley executive
produced the teen scream hit I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER and then produced
the successful follow-up, I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER. He also
executive produced the DreamWorks action film THE TUXEDO, starring Jackie Chan.
In 1994, Beasley executive produced John Hughes’ MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET,
continuing an association with the director that began when Beasley was associate producer and
production manager of NATIONAL LAMPOON’S CHRISTMAS VACATION. He was also coproducer and production manager of Hughes Entertainment’s BABY’S DAY OUT. His other
coproducing credits include Ben Stiller’s THE CABLE GUY, Lasse Hallström’s SOMETHING

TO TALK ABOUT and Peter Weir’s FEARLESS, for which Beasley was also second unit
director and production manager. He served as associate producer and unit production manager
on the films FALLING DOWN, BASIC INSTINCT and ARACHNOPHOBIA.
Born in San Francisco and raised in Los Angeles, Beasley graduated from the University
of Southern California with a degree in cinematography before joining the United States Air
Force. He achieved the rank of captain, serving as a rescue pilot in Vietnam and as part of the
support team on the Apollo moon program. He later attended California State University at
Northridge, where he was working toward his master’s degree when he was accepted into the
Directors Guild of America (DGA) Assistant Directors Training Program.
He worked as a DGA trainee for one and a half years before becoming second assistant
director for a number of features and television projects, including GOIN’ SOUTH and
BREAKING AWAY. He advanced to first assistant director of AMERICAN GIGOLO and
continued as such for PERSONAL BEST, MY FAVORITE YEAR, RACING WITH THE
MOON, JOHNNY DANGEROUSLY, RUTHLESS PEOPLE and THE LOST BOYS, among
others.
Beasley lives with his wife in Montecito, California, and has three grown children who
work or attend college in Southern California
JOSIE ROSEN (Executive Producer) most recently served as executive producer on
the New Line Cinema romantic comedy VALENTINE’S DAY directed by Garry Marshall. She
also served as executive producer on the Summit Entertainment release, SORORITY ROW.
Rosen worked as President of Farrell Paura Productions and as Senior Vice President of
production at Twentieth Century Fox where she oversaw the development and production of the
films DUDE WHERE’S MY CAR and FROM HELL.
Rosen has also served as President of Production for Horseshoe Bay Productions where
she oversaw and developed their slate of films. Rosen’s other producing credits include, JUST
MARRIED, as executive producer, as well as co-producer of GLORIA and DESPERATE
MEASURES. She was also an associate producer on THE AMAZING PANDA ADVENTURE.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, PETER MORGAN (Executive Producer)
was always fascinated by movies and shot his first short film at ten years of age. At twenty-three,
Morgan sold his first script, POISON IVY starring Drew Barrymore, to New Line Cinema.
Under a first look deal with New Line Cinema, Morgan honed his producorial skills, making six
movies over six years including POISON IVY 2 and 3, NATIONAL LAMPOON SENIOR TRIP,
and BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY. Eager to apply his skills in the television business, Morgan
moved on to work under Jerry Abrams at Hearst Entertainment and Brandon Tartikoff at New
World Television, developing network television shows and producing successful television
miniseries such as “Lying In Wait” starring Brain Dennehey and “Father and Scout” starring Bob
Saget.
As Senior Vice President of RKO pictures, Morgan sheperded films with Greg Hoblit,
Roger Kumble, Jonathan Mostow and Phillip Noyce and supervised the production of SHADE
starring Sylvester Stallone and Gabriel Byrne.
More recently, Morgan was the Senior Vice President of Michael Nathanson's production
company housed at Columbia Pictures where they produced BALLS OUT: THE GARY
HOUSEMAN STORY starring Seann William Scott from Columbia Pictures.
Currently, Morgan runs the feature film division of Katalyst Films with Devin Arbiter.
MICHAEL PASEORNEK (Executive Producer) has been President of Film
Production at Lionsgate since the company's inception in 1997.
In addition to being a key member of the senior management team that has guided
Lionsgate from a startup into the leading independent film company and winner of the Best

Picture Oscar® for Crash, Paseornek has served as an executive producer or producer on over 50
films.
Variety has described him as one of the chief architects of the Lionsgate model.
Paseornek has been at the forefront of Urban programming. He launched the film career
of Tyler Perry and forged a production slate that includes Tyler Perry's blockbusters MADEA
GOES TO JAIL, WHY DID I GET MARRIED?, DIARY OF A MAD BLACK WOMAN, and
MADEA'S FAMILY REUNION, all of which opened number 1 at the box office. He also forged
a deal for the screen rights to the iconic African American play, FOR COLORED GIRLS WHO
CONSIDERED SUICIDE WHEN THE RAINBOW ISN'T ENUF. He's spearheaded films
ranging from comedies like THE WASH to dramas such as PRIDE and the critically acclaimed
AKEELAH AND THE BEE.
In the horror genre, building on the success of the SAW franchise, Paseornek broke new
ground with the box office hit, MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3D - the first horror film utilizing
the new 3D digital technology. He also executive produced Rob Zombie's DEVIL'S REJECTS
and the remake of THE EYE, starring Jessica Alba. Paseornek is continuing to spearhead a 3D
agenda with the production of the family animated film ALPHA AND OMEGA and a slate of
upcoming genre fare.
Lionsgate has also staked a claim in the comedy arena. Paseornek is currently executive
producing the action-comedy KILLERS, starring Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl.
Paseornek has played a key role moving Lionsgate into the action arena with CRANK,
WAR, Frank Miller's THE SPIRIT, THE PUNISHER, GAMER, THE FORBIDDEN
KINGDOM. In addition Paseornek is overseeing the film development of the hit videogame
KANE AND LYNCH and the remake of the classic CONAN THE BARBARIAN.
In the prestige area, Paseornek executive produced MONSTER'S BALL which earned
Halle Berry the Oscar® for best actress, the critically acclaimed AKEELAH AND THE BEE,
which earned best picture honors at the Black Movie Awards and was the centerpiece of the first
ever Starbucks movie promotion, AMERCAN PSYCHO, SHATTERED GLASS, and
BUFFALO 66.
Over the past 25 years, Paseornek has played an important role in the emergence of the
independent film scene. He founded Cinepix/Famous Players’ (CFP's) U.S. operations in 1992
which brought American audiences acclaimed films such as Academy Award® winner Ang Lee's
first feature PUSHING HANDS, James Mangold's directorial debut HEAVY, James Coburn's
Oscar® winning performance in AFFLICTION, and Bill Condon's Oscar® winner GODS AND
MONSTERS. When CFP went public and was renamed Lionsgate in 1997, the company grew
into the leading independent film company with Home Entertainment and Television divisions.
The Film division has had 25 Oscar® nominations in that time, including six for the 2006 years
best picture winner, CRASH.
More than 30 of Paseornek's movies have been selected to appear in major festivals such
as Cannes, Berlin, Sundance and Toronto.
Outside of Lions Gate, Paseornek serves on the board of directors of UCLA Mattel's
Children's Hospital, is on the advisory board of Hearts of Hope, a foundation sending doctors to
Latin America, and the board of Del Corazon, a year round charitable camp for children with
heart disease.
Paseornek began his career after graduating from New York University in 1974 when he
became the writing partner of former National Lampoon editor Michel Choquette. He then
became a humorist-speechwriter for some of the nation's leading business executives and worked
as a script-doctor on a number of feature films.
In the late 70s, Paseornek met CFP's Canadian co-founders John Dunning and Andre
Link and developed the sequel to their comedy hit MEATBALLS.
Paseornek is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences® and The
Writer's Guild of America. He has been a guest speaker at a number of institutions, including

Harvard, New York University, and the American Film Institute and has served on numerous
industry panels for organizations such as the NAACP and the Directors Guild of America.
JOHN SACCHI (Executive Producer) has been at Lionsgate for nine years. He
worked on such productions as CONFIDENCE, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, PRIDE,
PUNISHER, MY BEST FRIEND'S GIRL and MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3-D. He's currently
the Sr. Vice President of Production. Prior to Lionsgate, John worked for Warner Bros.-based
producer Denise Di Novi.
HERNANY PERLA (Co-Producer) has been part of the Lionsgate production team
since 2004 and worked on such films as MY BLOODY VALENTINE and the upcoming
CONAN. He’s currently working on the film adaptation of the video game hit KANE AND
LYNCH for the studio. He began his career in the Paradigm mailroom and attended Washing
University in St. Louis.
KARYN SPENCER MURPHY (Co-Producer) was an associate producer
of SPREAD, which was the Sundance Film Festival's highest-selling film in 2009. She was VP of
Feature Production for Katalyst Films in Los Angeles before relocating to New York, where she
now lives and writes for happythatyoudonthavekids.com.
RICHARD FRANCIS-BRUCE, A.C.E. (Editor) has been nominated for three
Academy Awards® for his work on THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, SEVEN and AIR
FORCE ONE. He has also been nominated by his peers for the Eddie Award four times for THE
SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, AIR FORCE ONE, THE ROCK and HARRY POTTER AND
THE SORCERER’S STONE.
Already a leading editor in his native Australia when invited by George Miller to edit
THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, Francis-Bruce received the award from the Australian Film
Institute for Best Achievement in Editing for his work on Phillip Noyce’s DEAD CALM after
being nominated three times for CAREFUL, HE MIGHT HEAR YOU; SHORT CHANGED and
BULLSEYE.
Francis-Bruce’s many other credits include DAVID & FATIMA, LORENZO’S OIL,
THE ITALIAN JOB, PATH TO WAR, THE GREEN MILE and THE PERFECT STORM.
MARY JO MARKEY, A.C.E. (Editor), traces her interest in film editing to the day she
realized that being a Professor of English Literature was the road to penury. This is her first
collaboration with Robert Luketic.
Her previous feature film credits include last summer’s STAR TREK, for which she
received an ACE Eddie nomination, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE III, DAWG, and MEDICINE
MAN. Television credits include the series “Felicity,” “Alias” (for which she received her first
Emmy® nomination), “Lost” (the pilot of which earned her an Emmy®), and “Skin.” In 2007
Markey received her third Emmy® nomination and first ACE Eddie nomination for her work on
the HBO movie LIFE SUPPORT, which was selected as the closing night film for that year’s
Sundance Film Festival. She recently completed work on the new JJ Abrams-directed pilot,
“Undercovers.”
Ms. Markey speaks about the craft of editing at many seminars and industry events. She
has appeared on panels for Avid, American Cinema Editors, the Motion Picture Editors Guild,
HD Expo, and the USC School of Film and Television.
ELLEN MIROJNICK’s (Costume Designer) well-respected design talents have had an
impact on a diverse series of motion pictures. Most recently, Oliver Stone’s WALL STREET:
MONEY NEVER SLEEPS. Stephen Sommers’ blockbuster G.I.JOE THE RISE OF COBRA,

along with J.J. Abrams’s monster hit CLOVERFIELD, and Tony Scott’s thriller DÉJÀ VU. Her
work was also featured last summer in G-FORCE, starring Nicolas Cage and Steve Buscemi.
Mirojnick’s first feature film as costume designer was FRENCH QUARTER, followed
by the 1980 breakout hit FAME, on which she was assistant designer to Kristi Zea. Mirojnick
later designed the “Fame” television pilot. She was costume designer on THE FLAMINGO KID
and shortly thereafter, NOBODY’S FOOL. In 1986, Mirojnick’s collaboration with Michael
Douglas began with FATAL ATTRACTION and WALL STREET, followed by BLACK RAIN,
BASIC INSTINCT, and A PERFECT MURDER. She was included in the Biennale della Moda
di Firenze for her work in A PERFECT MURDER. Her relationship with Mr. Douglas as a
producer included, FACE OFF and ONE NIGHT AT MCCOOL’S among others. Their latest
collaboration is the upcoming SOLITARY MAN.
Along with FATAL ATTRACTION, Mirojnick also teamed with director Adrian Lyne
on JACOB’S LADDER and UNFAITHFUL, the latter of which earned her a nomination for a
Contemporary Design Award from the Costume Designers Guild. A few of the cult favorites on
which Mirojnick collaborated with director Paul Verhoeven were BASIC INSTINCT,
SHOWGIRLS, STARSHIP TROOPERS (which earned her a Saturn Award for Best Sci-Fi
Costume Design) and HOLLOW MAN.
Her designs for the telefeature “Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella” garnered an
Emmy® nomination for Outstanding Costume Design (for a Variety or Music Program).
Mirojnick was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Costume Design, along with designer
John Mollo, for CHAPLIN.
Other film credits include the 2006 romantic comedy FAILURE TO LAUNCH, starring
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew McConaughey, WHAT WOMEN WANT, AMERICA’S
SWEETHEARTS, CLIFFHANGER, SPEED and TWISTER, to name a few.
Mirojnick herself was the subject of a documentary on costume design – “Hollywood
Fashion Machine Special: The Costume Designer” (2000) – and was part of the Academy of
Motion Picture Arts and Science’s exhibit “50 Designers 50 Films” (2004).
JOHANNA ARGAN (Costume Designer) is a native New Yorker and graduate of
Rutgers University. In 2002, she decided to make a change and translate her extensive
background in fashion buying and styling to film. She feels privileged to call herself a costume
designer and that she gets to use her creative energy in the world of film. Some of her credits
include SHRINK, FANBOYS, and TRUCKER.
With her driven spirit, TRACY MCKNIGHT (Music Supervisor) has earned a place in
the entertainment industry as a highly respected music supervisor, record producer, label cofounder and company head.
Ms. McKnight’s music supervision projects proudly embrace a range and diversity of
genres. Her resume of over one hundred films shows a balancing act between major studio films
(EL CANTANTE, THE HOAX, CARRIERS, THE EX, FRIENDS WITH MONEY, THE ICE
HARVEST), acclaimed documentaries (NO END IN SIGHT, BORN INTO BROTHELS,
MURDERBALL, WORDPLAY, MY ARCHITECT), and independent films (DELIRIOUS,
DIMINISHED CAPACITY, THE GUITAR, OFF THE BLACK, COFFEE AND CIGARETTES,
RAISING VICTOR VARGAS) that have given her the reputation as one of the industry’s “go to”
supervisors.
Her recent project list keeps this balancing act going; Ms. McKnight recently completed
work with SUPERBAD director Greg Mottola on ADVENTURELAND for Miramax and with
first time director Oren Moverman on the Academy Award®-nominated film THE
MESSENGER, starring Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster.
In 2003 Ms. McKnight co-founded Commotion Records with former CBS honcho Walter
Yetnikoff, with the vision to bring innovative music from groundbreaking films into the world.

British film composer ROLFE KENT (Composer), who has scored more than 40 films,
including SIDEWAYS (for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe® and Critics Choice

RUSSELL CARPENTER, ASC (Director of Photography) won an Academy Award®
for Best Cinematography for his beautiful imagery on TITANIC, the enormously successful
romantic drama directed by James Cameron. He also collaborated with the director on T2 -3D:
BATTLE ACROSS TIME and TRUE LIES. Carpenter previously worked with director Robert
Luketic on this summers hit comedy THE UGLY TRUTH and prior to that MOTHER-IN-LAW
with Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda.

narrative aspects of film very appealing and the visual side stimulating and not so dissimilar to
painting.
Moving to Portland, Oregon, Stewart began to work with a group of independent
filmmakers, one of whom was Gus Van Sant. She went on to collaborate with him on
DRUGSTORE COWBOY and MY OWN PRIVATE IDAHO. She became his production
designer on TO DIE FOR and the Academy Award®-winning GOOD WILL HUNTING.
KILLERS marks the sixth time that Stewart has teamed with director Robert Luketic.
They previously worked together on LEGALLY BLONDE, WIN A DATE WITH TAD
HAMILTON, MONSTER-IN-LAW, 21, and THE UGLY TRUTH. Other credits for the talented
designer include PLAYING BY HEART, MOONLIGHT MILE, LEGALLY BLONDE 2: RED,
