Development of Site Action Plan:
The technology committee reviewed District Technology Plan. We discussed possible action items. We
reviewed the site plan and sought input from our SDMC. The site Technology Committee developed our
Site Action Plan. We will meet in the annually to review and further develop the plan.

Integration of Technology in Classroom, Personal Productivity, and Management Tasks
Classroom Instruction:
 Most Classrooms aligned with Tier 2 Technology Use in Classrooms table; a technology assisted
learning classroom. This tier involves teacher facilitation of large group learning activities and
student productivity use of (word processing, etc.) technology:
o Brainstorm and share ideas
o Deliver visual presentations
o Represent information visually
o Conduct one-computer classroom lessons
o Facilitate group discussions and lessons
o iPass math remediation
o Students write papers, reports on computer or smart
keyboard (Alphasmarts)
o Classroom Website: Post educational sites and resources
o Study Island : reading and math remediation and enrichment

Some Classrooms aligned with Tier 3 Technology Use in Classrooms table; a student centered
learning classroom. This tier promotes student learning and the use of technology through
project based learning:
o Inquiry-based, essential questions
o Research, analyze data and problem-solve
