One Nucleus Gains Cogent Skills Provider

One Nucleus is delighted to announce that the company has become a Cogent
Skills Assured Provider specialising in the delivery of Workforce Development
(Skills for Growth).
This is an employer-devised training programme designed to enable sciencebased small businesses to develop their existing workforce.
Cogent has an assured network of providers throughout the country who meet
rigorous employer-led standards to ensure the highest quality provision is
obtained.
The assured network is aimed at ensuring high quality training across the entire
science sector, promoting the availability of employer-backed training solutions,
supporting new entrants into the sector, particularly through apprenticeships,
and boosting skills transferability. As the business catalyst for life sciences, One
Nucleus provides its members with an extensive training programme offering a
range of courses designed to develop employees in the life science and
healthcare sector.
