Receipt and Terms of Deposit toward purchase of
AKC Boxer puppy from PR Boxers.
PR Boxers acknowledges and receives the payment of $___________ as a deposit of half of the
purchase price of $___________ for the AKC Boxer puppy described below, from

Buyer and Breeder agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposit of one half of the full purchase price of the puppy reserves the above puppy for purchase
by the above buyer as long as all terms and conditions of this and the accompanying contract are
met. Cash or bank transfer are preferred methods of payment unless other arrangements have
been made. Payment of remaining amount of purchase price must be made before the puppy turns
8 weeks old or deposit is forfeited. If paid on the date of pickup it must be in cash. If you choose
to pay before pickup it must be received at least two weeks before date of pickup to ensure
sufficient time for funds to clear bank. Puppy will not be released until funds clear the bank.
If Buyer changes his/her mind about the purchase of the puppy from this date forward deposit
will be non-refundable and held by the breeder to compensate for time, expense and
advertisement lost on the sale of this puppy.
Breeder will continue to care for, feed and otherwise safeguard the puppy to the best of their
ability. In the event of an illness breeder agrees to notify the buyer of said illness and treatment
thereof.
In the event of the unlikely but possible death, serious life threatening illness, or debilitating
injury of said puppy before the date the puppy turns 8 weeks old, breeder agrees to substitute
another puppy of similar and equal value at the mutual agreement of both parties or refund said
deposit amount. This is the only reason a full refund of deposit will be made.
Photos and or information on the puppy's progress and health status will be conveyed by phone or
email as regularly as possible until puppy is 8 weeks old, paid in full and ready to go to it's new
home. Breeder will make all reasonable efforts to be available for Buyer to visit puppy.
Buyer maintains the right to refuse to accept puppy due to illness, condition, injury or
misrepresentation on the part of the breeder with any money paid above and beyond the nonrefundable deposit being refunded and contract voided.
