Limited Registration Sales Agreement

The Golden Retriever puppy described above is sold for the sum of $
the Breeder’s premises.

A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a Golden Retriever puppy which embodies the characteristics of the Golden Retriever
breed. This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club and/or United Kennel Club.
This PUPPY is registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering offspring. The BUYER
agrees this PUPPY is to be spayed (females by 9 months of age which is prior to onset of heat cycle) or neutered (males
prior to 18 months of age), and veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the BREEDER.
The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery.
The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 3 business days of delivery. If the puppy is
found to be other than healthy (excluding worms, coccidia, giardia, or any other parasites that are common in
puppies) by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be
refunded in full. Written confirmation of health concern from the attending Veterinarian is required. Temperament and
conformation of the puppy are NOT guaranteed.
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, feed a high quality food, maintain good weight
control, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations/titers, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary
to assure good health.
The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of
this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent.
The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BUYER must contact
the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER
in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.
The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address during the PUPPY'S lifetime.
The BUYER agrees to use the kennel name GoldenSunrise or GSR at the beginning of the above mentioned dog’s AKC
and/or UKC registered name.
Warranty
Every reasonable precaution has been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary diseases. Should this puppy
develop any of the following problems (listed below) deemed to be hereditary by 26 months of age, Golden Sunrise
Retrievers will refund 50% of the purchase price within 6 months of receiving documentation as outlined below.

Hip Dysplasia (moderate to severe)
Elbow Dysplasia (grade 2 or 3)
Sub-aortic Stenosis (severe enough to where it interferes in the quality of life – grade 3 or above)
Cataracts (causing blindness)
Terms and conditions of Warranty
1. Eye exams must be performed by a board certified ophthalmologist (documentation forwarded to BREEDER)
2. SAS is to be confirmed by Echocardiography and Doppler performed by a board certified cardiologist
(documentation forwarded to BREEDER)
3. Hip and elbow radiographs must be submitted and examined by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals
(documentation forwarded to BREEDER)
4. Environmental factors, like high caloric diet during the rapid growth phase, may exacerbate changes in
dysplastic hips; therefore the BREEDER refuses to take responsibility for dysplasia in an overweight dog and
will not refund any amount of purchase price. Veterinarian records must be made available to prove good
weight control.
Female height in inches (measured at the withers):
18-19 (55lbs); 19 ½ - 20 ½ (60lbs); 21-22 (65lbs); 22 ½ - 23 ½ (70lbs)
Male height in inches (measured at the withers):
21-22 (70lbs); 22 ½ - 23 ½ (75lbs); 24-25 (80lbs)
You must be able to feel (not see) your dog’s ribs with only slight pressure.
Warranty is NULL and VOID if the dog or bitch has been previously bred. This warranty applies to the original BUYER
only.
This document represents the entire agreement between BUYER and the BREEDER. No other promises or guarantees
are made. The conditions of this agreement may only be changed in writing by mutual consent of both arties. Buyer's
signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and
Contract of Sale.
This document shall be enforced only in the STATE OF MICHIGAN, where this sale has officially taken place.
