Commenting after the sale auctioneer Paul Gentry said it had been a credit to both vendors that the ringside was packed with bidders from across the UK. "Without a doubt both these herds offered buyers the chance to access high class breeding females in their respective breeds the like of which only ever become available at dispersal sales." This one also sold with a Marstonmill Elton heifer calf at foot and was the choice of Messrs Rawding, Tring, Hertfordshire. At the same money was Marstonmill Clarinda.
