What didn’t
VPH didn’t know exactly when downtime began, couldn’t hear announcement
Although SSS rounded, they didn’t round on back nurses stations where MR’s were
Faxing Orders, took a long time!
Out of downtime took a long time, orders were missed
Suggestions
Better education for the RN’s and CP’s, some felt the packets didn’t get to those groups of
people on how to document orders or the MAR, need a way to better get that information to them
Go back to tubing orders to the pharmacy, faxing way too long!
