Product name: Anti Leak Gear Oil
Description:
Anti Leak Gear Oil is manufactured using a unique grease thickener system, which reduces in
consistency when the product is subjected to mechanical shear, such as in the meshing teeth of a
gear set. This property provides users with many outstanding lubrication features.
Application:
Anti Leak Gear Oil is excellent for gear, bearing and seal lubrication. The Anti Leak properties
seal gear drives against leakages, thereby protecting against catastrophic gear failure due to loss
of lubricant.
NOTE:
 Not recommended for circulating oil or drip feed application.
 Oil level gauges or sight glasses should not be relied on to determine the lubricant level.
 It is usually desirable to maintain lubricant levels higher with AL GEAR OIL than with
regular fluid gear oils.
Properties:
This product is in a semi gel form when not in use, but changes from the gel to a fluid when in
working conditions (thixotropic characteristic).
Performance benefits:
 A gel forms on the outer limits of the gearboxes forming a seal.
 Excellent EP / anti-wear properties.
