MATCH TIMES
The gym will open at 8:00 a.m. First round begins at 9:00. We will play ahead whenever possible. Please do not plan
to leave the building during the day; you will run the risk of forfeiting if your team is not there at start time.
WARM-UP
A regular 20-minute warm-up period will be allowed for the first match of the day for each team with the first warm
up beginning at 8:40. After each team has played, there will be a 10-minute warm-up on the court with a split 4-4-2.
Please have your team ready to warm up immediately after the proceeding match is finished or check in with Site
Director to determine when the warm up time will start. There is an open court at the east side of the fieldhouse that
will be open to all teams to use prior to their next match. This should eliminate any interruptions to matches because
of shanked balls, etc. Please let parents know that this area is not to be used as a play area for young children.

your cooperation.

LOCKERS
Lockers and shower facilities are available, but please bring your own locks and towels. Remind players that we are
not responsible for lost or stolen items. There will be an area with tables clearly marked for your team to keep their
belongings. As always encourage your players to leave valuables at home.
COACHES’ AND OFFICIALS’ MEETING
There will be a brief meeting for coaches and officials at 8:30 at the scorer’s table of the main court to distribute
lunch tickets and give a brief overview of the day. Richard Burke is the site director for the tournament and will run
the meeting. If you play the second match of the day and will not attend the 8:30 meeting please check in with
the site director upon your arrival.
