SUMMARY OF PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The cooks and kitchen staff are responsible for preparing food for up
to 175 people a day.
The SS kitchen has one cook, an assistant and the waiter, and
supplies food for approx 25-30 people a day.
The JS/JE kitchen has 2 cooks, 1 waiter, 2 kitchen boys, 1 chapatti
maker.
