Catering Information Form The Kennel Club Building A Centre of Educational Excellence for Dogs and their Owners Name of Individual or Catering Company Registration Number (if applicable) Name of Organising Club/Organisation Event Date Name of Organiser The Kennel Club Building is unique in that it allows Clients to decide on their own caterers or even supply the catering themselves. Whilst this is something we are pleased to offer there is the need for certain things to be understood and requirements met. Firstly there must be a named person responsible for the catering; and they must possess as a minimum a Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate dated within the last 3 years. A copy of this certificate needs to be supplied to the Office, ideally scanned and emailed to kc.building@thekennelclub.org.uk and should be available on the day for inspection. Please see the reverse of this form for details of what equipment is provided at The Kennel Club Building. However it is worth noting that there are no deep fat fryers. If you are in the East Hall or Meeting Room B, and therefore using the Large Kitchen you are permitted to bring your own deep fat fryer so long it has been Portable Appliance Tested. However if you are in the West Hall using the small kitchen, deep fat fryers are prohibited for Health and Safety reasons. A further requirement is that sufficient Risk Assessments are completed for the catering side of the show. These should be available on the day for inspection upon request. Please also be aware that the kitchen should be left in the same condition in which it was found, including the ovens. For this reason please bring suitable cleaning solutions to ensure you are able to do this. If the kitchen requires additional cleaning after the departure of the Client there will be a charge invoiced for this service. We do not charge for breakages until they become significant in quantity at which point we shall invoice the club or caterer for the replacements.
