NOTICE FOR CIRCLE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEET
As per provision of the constitution of AIGETOA, Circle Executive Committee Meet of
AIGETOA Bihar is hereby notified to be held on 26th August’2013 on Monday at Patna. All
Circle Executive Committee Members/DS/DP are cordially invited to attend this meeting.
The meeting will be held from 11:00-15:00 hrs. Kindly visit circle website

Agenda of Meeting:
 Extending thanks to the AIGETOA CHQ for leading a conclusive agitation & to entire
DRs of BSNL Bihar, who whole heartedly participated in the agitation program by
sacrificing their family, time & money without fear & lust.
 Discussion & decision about formation of new governing body at SSA/Circle/CHQ
level under completion of the tenure & its extension.
 Discussion on modalities of election process at different level in AIGETOA e.g. online
nomination for each post etc under ambit of constitution of AIGETOA and bringing
more transparency, democracy, accountability & discipline in the organization.
 Providing & facilitating the promotion of new batch DRs specially 2007 & 2008 batch
JTOs in the system of AIGETOA.
 Participation in the next AIC to be held on 14th and 15th Sep’13 at Jaipur.
The District Secretaries are requested to come prepare with followings:
 All District Secretaries are requested to come with the validity period of their body.
 All District Secretaries are requested to come with proper financial statements,
details regarding paid subscription and list of members/DRs of their SSA/Unit.
 All District Secretaries are requested to ensure payment of Circle/CHQ quota from
May’2010 to Aug’ 2013.
