Writing: Please read a book with your child then, ask him/her questions about the story
What is the title, who is the author and the illustrator.
Who are the characters in the story, what is the story about? Ask what happened in the story.
On a sheet of paper help your child write few words about the story. First, ENCOURAGE your child to write independently (skip lines for
corrections), ask them to sound out the word. Then, make correction at the end. I need to see the children writing as well.
