NOTICE
Notice is hereby issued under Article 3 (1) (a) of Constitution of AIBSNLOA that the
Central Working Committee meeting of AIBSNLOA will be held on 26th & 27th September
2016 at “Utsav”, Shree Maheshwari Samaj Janupyogi Bhawan, P-10, Sector-2,
Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
Following shall be the Agenda of the CWC meeting:
1. Organizational matters:
a) Formation and functioning of Circles.
b) Membership Verification among Executives
2. Major issues requiring settlement:
a) Standard pay scales for JTOs & SDEs and equivalent grades
b) CPSU Cadre Hierarchy
c) Superannuation benefits to BSNL recruited employees
d) Stalemate in conduct of various DPCs and LDCEs.
3. Survival and growth of BSNL:
a) Revival talk about BSNL – Facts and background.
4. Financial status of CHQ
5. Any other item with the permission of the Chair.
All CHQ Office Bearers, Circle Secretaries, Circle Presidents and Central
Working Committee members are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
