QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1Q. We would like to seek clarification on the unit count detailed in attachment B. This clarification applies to
Items 2 to 5.
For example Item 2. The Oligo aCGH/Chip-Chip hybridization kit. The unit is referred as ‘2’ .
A. Is this indicating that pricing needs to be based on 2 kits?
Or
B.
Does the 2 indicate the component that is contained in the kit? In this case, this kit contains 2
components.
1A. See amendment to page 19 of the bid with the corrected units.
2Q. We have an existing contract. Ideally we could just work off the existing T&Cs that were finalized in that
contract. How do you recommend we proceed with the bid proposal?
2A. If you have an existing contract with UW-Madison, you may refer to the terms and conditions of that contract.
However, at the time of award, we reserve the right to further negotiate those terms and conditions.
