STRUCTURE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY
BIOLOGICAL METABOLIC MAP AND PATHWAY

ABSTRACT
In past ANQ (4th ANQ, announcement in 2006, Singapore, 5th ANQ, 2006, Korea), I
spoke it about the side of the management and a relationship of the quality management.
When I did a quality guarantee, from the viewpoint of distinction, I showed Biological
Metabolic Map, Biological metabolic pathway and considered the possibility about the
milestone of the guarantee of quality system.
Mainly on an application of Biological Metabolic Map, I was based on past announcement
and, from the viewpoint of quality management system, considered five following points of
view this time.
1. A guarantee of quality system, the basic way of thinking of the quality control system
2. A basic way of thinking and a hint of the construction of the complicated course of
Biological Metabolic Map in the creature
3. A quality guarantee system in the creature and sociology
4. Biological Metabolic Map and the relations of the PDCA cycle
5. The possibility of the application on the basis of Biological Metabolic System
As a result, Biological Metabolic System is complicated for each factor like a figure of
linkage complicatedly. I perform energy production, accumulation effectively and maintain the
constancy on this occasion. In this article, I think about quality management construction in
reference to this Biological Metabolic System. The movement of each material in Biological
Metabolic System is complicated, and the plane product diverges into many branches.
I consider the above and suggest a finish and output of the quality from input and the safety
network system of the quality assurance.

INTRODUCTION
A side concerning management and the relations of the quality management were mentioned in the
announcement with ANQ (4th ANQ, 2006, Singapore, 5th ANQ, 2006, Korea).
It was examined about three points next mentioned of that(Nishi,2007).
It is tied to the management system construction, the second in the first to the evaluation of the
management system and the improvement, and it is building of the quality assurance of the product
caused by increase in employment of the non-regular employee in the third. It was mentioned with

making the above a basis and exchanging the knowledge of the foreign countries about the relations with
the management system and the quality management.
And, becoming high was mentioned about the requirement quality of the quality assurance as an aim
from the point of the consumer orientation. I consideration of the comparative consideration and the
future aim was done with illustrating Japan and a quality control operation abroad more.
The mutual relation of the business administration and the quality management and the need of the
reinforcement were mentioned to building of each relation, and 1 consideration was expressed from the
illustration of the case study of Japan, foreign countries. Quality assurance tightened the matter that it was
important from the relations of the management and the quality management.
Then, Biological Metabolic Map and Biological metabolic pathway were shown in the process to
promote a quality guarantee, and possibility about the milestone of the application of the quality
assurance system was examined. This time, a past announcement is understood around the application of
Biological Metabolic Map (Lehninger,1977), and mentioned from the viewpoint of the quality
management system.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND THE APPLICATION OF THE BIOLOGICAL
METABOLIC PATHWAY
This thesis was based on the past announcement around the application of the creature metabolic
change map from the viewpoint of the quality management system, and it did a consideration about five
points of the following.
1. The fundamental thought way of the quality assurance system and the quality control system
2. The hint of building of the complex route with the fundamental thought way of the creature metabolic
change map in the creature
3. A quality assurance system in the creature and society
4. Creature metabolic change map and the relations of the PDCA cycle
5. The possibility of the application which made a creature metabolic change system a basis
A rest is mentioned about the outline of each point. Though 1 and 2 are basic items, 3 and 4,5 are
mentioned about the relations of the quality assurance in the quality management.
Furthermore, an enterprise must secure a profit continuously. Quality assurance is connected with
client satisfaction as well, and it is an important role on that.
Lately, there is a subject about succession of business. As for the large-scale enterprise, a smooth
switchover can be done by listing of the stock and talented people's securing. On the other hand, it can
think about the case that the succession of the business doesn't go smoothly in the enterprise which
provides quality including the manufacture, the sales, and so on, too. So, 1 consideration about the
method with the business succession is expressed.
The fundamental thought way of the quality assurance system and the quality management
system
A fundamental quality assurance system is given, and the ways that a system with that system spreads
out, and that thought way are shown. According to JISZ8101 in 1981, the systematic activities which a
producer does are being written as a definition of the quality assurance to assure the matter for the quality
which a consumer demands that to be satisfied fully.
When the general idea of the quality assurance came out, it was examined as shown in the Table 1,
and then it was changing with the quality control, the quality assurance and the introduction of
TQM(Evans et.al 2002,2003).
In other words, an enterprise develops if quality is good. But, if quality is bad, the development of the
enterprise is difficult from the point of client satisfaction. The improvement of the quality is connected
with the cost reduction, the productivity as well, and it becomes the appropriate price which corresponded
with the quality, and spreads throughout the market which demands that product or that quality.
An enterprise develops, and increases a profit, and it can think that it is connected with the achievement
improvement as a result.
The activities of the quality assurance become the extreme priority activities for an enterprise to
improve an achievement from the above.

A creature has sugar metabolic change, a fat metabolism, a protein metabolism (amino acid
metabolism), a vitamin, the metabolic pathway of the coenzyme, and so on. Homeostasis is being
maintained due to this metabolic change. It was shown about the possibility of the application as the
Figure 2 last year.
A complex route can be thought to be a simple model as a state of the early days of the evolution.
But, when an organic evolution progresses, adaptation to the environment is necessary.
A metabolic pathway is complex in the process of the evolution.

On the other hand, it is necessary for the maintenance of the life to have a complex metabolic pathway.
When this is caught with the quality assurance, as for the quality assurance in the creature, it can think
about an item to show in the Table 1. This thought way is changed into the product and the offer of the
quality, and it can think that it has the possibility of the application.

A quality assurance system in the creature and society system
It thinks about a society system in the external environment based on the quality guarantee in the
creature mentioned in the former clause. A key map is shown in Figure 3.
The top of Figure 3 is a creature, and the bottom is usual quality management. When it tries to arrange
these, agreement from the viewpoint of the quality assurance is seen.

A life turns SDCA for the maintenance. This is connected with the maintenance of the homeostasis.
On the other hand, you must maintain the benefit that it copes with an external change in an
environment, and homeostasis high. There is improvement in the immunity power that the maintenance of
the homeostasis is high as an example. In this case, it is necessary to turn a PDCA wheel.
This general idea is shown in the Figure 4.An operation and maintenance as a system of the quality
management system and improvement are done by this Figure.

The possibility of the application which made a creature metabolic change system a basis
It becomes a Table 2 as an item when constraints is examined about the manufacturing industry of the
creature metabolic change system, software and the prototype model application to the service and so on
based on the former clause. It has the need to build these items as a constraint.
It faces each factor and each material as the figure which relates, and a creature metabolic change system
is complicated complicatedly as a result.

The research of the business succession
A questionnaire is being enforced about the business succession in the office relations of Okayama
city. An investigation start is from August 1, 2008.
As for this result, investigation will be finished at least in about December, 2008.
This questionnaire is being done by the funded research from Okayama Chamber of Commerce and
Industry.
The contents of the questionnaire compose the following item when they are summarized.
・ Taking over of the business and sale (M&A)
・ About the talented people who want to succeed to a business
・ The item to take business succession seriously
・ The time of the business succession
・ The preparation conditions of the business succession and contents
・ Successor's subject
・ About the corporate divestment
・ About the cessation of business
It can think about the case that the offer of the usual quality is difficult, a successor problem, and so
on. As for a result of investigation, a global image is understood after the collection analytic end.
Lately, it can think about to the thing to succeed to a business, too.
・ It thinks from the future of the business, and gives up its business.
・ The management of the enterprise is done problem and that circumference.
It thinks about the above from the point of the quality problem (Nishi,2008). There is publication
about the product recall and the safety of food in Japan in many newspapers. It thinks that this is a quality
problem.
A recent consumer is dealt with as a quality problem if it is deep about the various qualities with the
variety and thinks and there is remarkable agreement to the quality.
When a quality problem happens, an enterprise copes with it suitably. It is the case that it has it, and
the product recalls which contains a social responsibility, a repair, and compensation, and so on are done.
This is the important problem concerned with the continuance of the enterprise.

Though there is a live opportunity of the enterprise again from this from the quality problem, it can
think that there is a case that it is driven into the situation of the cessation of business, too.
CONCLUSION
It faces each factor as the figure which relates, and Biological Metabolic System is complicated
complicatedly as a result. On that occasion, effective energy production, accumulation, and so on are
done, and the maintenance of the homeostasis is given. It thought about quality management building by
this thesis referring to this Biological Metabolic System.
The movement of each material is complicated, and a function and action are various with the system
made that reference. The above was examined, and output with the including construction of the quality
from the input, and then the safety network system of the quality assurance was suggested.
When a quality assurance system was developed, it was derived in the creature metabolic change.
These are necessary items to build the safety net of the quality assurance. Then, it is understood that
business succession is an important matter to promote it as a business administration permanently.
