Dear Parents
We are pleased to be able to tell you about our new on-line payments system called
Schools Cash Office (SCO).
We are excited about this new system, which will help you pay for school meals,
trips, swimming lessons and just about everything you might send money into school
for. By logging onto your child’s account you will be able to make payments, view
your child’s payment history and see payments due. You will be able to see the
school meals taken by your child and view their current balance.
Payments can be made on-line by debit cards (sorry not credit cards) and can be
made for several items at once and more than one child. There is an administrative
fee of 29p, which will be added at the very end of the payment process.
If you prefer to continue making payments by cheque, you will now be able to send
in one cheque for more than one item and for more than one child. You will then be
able to view your child’s account on-line to see that cheque payment, once we have
had an opportunity to input the payment onto the system in the office.
An explanatory letter is being sent out today, which will contain a link to the website
and a password to create your child’s account. It will guide you through the process.
If you do not receive this letter, please contact the school office.
This system is operational now. However, we are disappointed that it is this
weekend that the operators have chosen to do some scheduled maintenance and
will temporarily have to close the site! Have a look after the weekend - we hope you
feel it will be an efficient way of paying money into school.
Running Club
Running Club will re-commence on the Monday straight after our half-term holiday.
