Begin District 12 History in Brief and History at Length
Converse with former Governors, former Historians and club members to obtain and
locate further locations of District manuals,reports,photos.
Maintain communication with all District clubs re CAC history, website and archival
storage goals
Backup acquired club histories on discs or flash drives

o District History in Brief and History at Length completed !
o All 21 club histories available and completed
o 50% clubs have loaded their histories on their club websites
o CAC Jan.2015 Report submitted
o Maintained communication with all clubs regarding archival storage methods
o Developed District e-documents storage solution with Webmaster
o Developed recommendations for Current District Archives materials in Historian’s
possession
o Obtained further District Conference materials and Directories from Gov. Kay Meyer
