Edina Senior Party Class of 2016 - Registration
The EHS Senior Class Party is an all-night event that takes place immediately following the graduation ceremony on June 4, 2016
until 5:00 am on June 6, 2016. This tradition was started by parents over 60 years ago to provide a fun, safe environment for
seniors to celebrate their accomplishment with classmates. Ticket price of $100.00 includes bus transportation from the graduation
ceremony to a theme decorated EHS for food, activities, entertainment and prizes making for a night they will always remember.
All seniors must be registered in advance to attend the party.
As we try to keep the ticket cost to a minimum we rely heavily on donations and fundraising throughout the year to fund this
wonderful event. Some costs associated with the party include prizes for the graduates; general supplies; decorations;
entertainment rental/ fees; food & beverages; as well as scholarships for students. If you are interested in making an additional taxdeductible donation or a scholarship donation please indicate on the registration form and enclose a second check payable to the
Edina Community Foundation. On the subject line please indicate “Edina Sr. Party”. To make a donation with a credit card please
visit the website at www.edinaseniorparty.org and click on the donate link located on the left hand side.
If you would to donate a particular item for prizes given away that evening please indicate that below as well. We will contact you
to schedule pick up of the item closer to the date of the event. Some examples of past donations are bikes, dorm room
refrigerators, televisions, futons, cameras, I-pads, dorm room necessities, airline tickets, etc.

The Senior Class Party is not school sponsored and is planned and hosted by senior parents. In order to make the event a success we
need your help! From the planning and preparation to assisting the evening of the event volunteers are needed beginning
immediately and running through June 4 – June 5. If you are willing to donate your time and talents to make this a successful and
memorable event please indicate on the registration form or send an e-mail to edinaseniorparty2016@comcast.net. This tradition
also creates a great chance to get to know each other and socialize!
If you find it difficult to pay the ticket price, partial and full scholarships are available. To apply please send an email with the
students name, parent name and parent phone number to edinaseniorparty2016@comcast.net . All requests are confidential.
