Beef Breeds Essay
Make a power point presentation on 1 breed of beef and 1 breed of swine. Each student
will make a separate presentation on different breeds. Selection for a breed is a first
come first served basis. You will need to research the breeds and present the information
to the class.
The presentation should be between 5 and 10 minutes long and include enough
information that the other students in the class can learn about the breed. The rubric for
the presentation is at the bottom of this page. Presentations will start on Monday, Jan 8
and are worth 25 points.
After your presentation, the class will take a quiz about the breeds. I will come up with
that quiz and your grade on the quiz will be based on how well the other class does. The
quiz grade will be worth 10 points.
