at 10:00 a.m.

Anne Yon, Commissioner, moved to approve purchase orders #12-41243 through #12-41245.
Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, moved to approve adopting the plan. Anne Yon,

ADOPTION OF LEVY ORDER AND RATE SHEET
Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, moved to approve adopting the Levy Order and rate sheet.

Nancy Cartmill, President, adjourned the Special Meeting of the Cabell County Commission at
10:04 a.m. until the next regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
