Pepper Geddings Recreation Center, 3205 North Oak St,Myrtle Beach, SC
29577. Indoor 6-lane 25-yard pool with 6” Competitor non-turbulent lane
lines, bottom striped and wall targets, 4-lane warm-up pool. The water
depth of the competition course is 12 feet measured from one(1) meter to
five(5) meters at the starting end of the course and 4 feet measured from
one(1) meter to five(5) meters at the turn end of the course. Colorado
Timing Systems electronic timing and display board will be used.
Mezzanine spectator seating for 250 will be available. Parking will be
available in the Pepper Geddings parking lot. The competition course has
not been certified in accordance with 104.2..2C(4).

Entry Fees:
Meet to be conducted in accordance with the current USA Swimming and
SC Swimming Rules and Regulations and information herein.
All swimmers and teams must be currently registered members of USASwimming. Age is to be determined by the first day of the meet. Any
swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming
member coach must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as
being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from
within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s
legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
$3.00 per individual event. $6.00 per individual Time Trial. $7.00 per
swimmer pool charge. $2.00 SCLSC Travel Fund/Program per swimmer,
$2.00 SCLSC Sports Development fee. $2.00 out-of-state SCLSC Travel
Fund/Program fee. Entry fees are non-refundable. Swimmers may swim
up to 4 individual events per day, including Time Trials The Clerk of
Course will close 30 minutes before the start of competition of each
session.
Meet Format: All events will be contested as Timed Finals. Meet management reserves
the right to split sessions based on the number of entries.





All events 400 yards and longer are Positive Check-in and will
be swum Fastest to Slowest. Positive check-in will close 30
minutes after the start of warm-ups.
Swimmers competing in event 500 yards must provide a
counter
Time Trials will be conducted at the conclusion of the session
at the discretion of the Meet Referee. Fees must be paid upon
entry at the Clerk of the Course.
This meet will be limited to the first 250 swimmers entered
and/or timeline considerations.
Late entries will be accepted for available lanes that were
created. Late fee will be double the original entry fee per
event. Late entries must show their USAS registration card to
the Clerk of Course to verify current USAS membership

Teams will be assigned lanes and sessions for all warm-ups. Meet director
reserves right to adjust times.

All entries must be in Standard Data Interchange (.SD3) format. See
www.sportstiming.com website for meet management software to
download meet event file. Entries may also be submitted by e-mail.
Entries may be e-mailed to cac.entries@sportstiming.com Entries will
not be considered official until hardcopy, financial summary sheet and
check are received. SC Swimming does not accept deck registrations. All
swimmers entered must be registered at time of entry deadline. Mail
entries to P.O.BOX 1245 Myrtle Beach,SC 29578. All entries must be
received by Tuesday, October 5th, 2011.

For all 12-under events medals will be awarded to the top 6 finishers by
age groups: 8&U, 9-10, 11-12. For all Senior events medals will be
awarded for the top 6 finishers for 13-14 and open.
Timing and data processing services provided by Sports Timing &
Software, inc. The event file will be available at www.sportstiming.com.
Coaches Elegibility: Coaches must have present current credentials to pick up coaches
packets. Credentials to be displayed by coaches while on pool deck.
Other information: Concessions will be available – coolers may not be brought into the
spectator area. Hospitality will be available for coaches, officials,
and meet personnel. Coastal Aquatic Club welcomes visiting
officials and appreciates their help in the officiating of this event.
The officials meeting will begin no later than 30 minutes prior to
the stated session start time.
