The Baltimore Museum of Art: “An Experimental Garment Performance” at the grand re-opening of the
contemporary collection. Featuring costumes from In Between. (2012)
Transmodern Festival 2012: In Between: participatory site-specific installation and performance for
“Alley Ooops!” curated by Laure’ Drogoul.
The Nature of Things: Art in the Park: Outdoor exhibition in the forest along the Gwynns Falls trail.
Curated by Doug Retzler. Installation: Comeuppance; collaboration with Rachel London. (2011 & 2012)
Copycat Theatre’s “The Rooms Play”- Transmodern Festival 2011: The Magic Flight; A
participatory installation and solo performance taking place over 6 days with over 160 three-minute
performances.
Transmodern Festival 2009: The Temporary Nature of Ideas; a four-story, interactive rooftop
installation and costumed performance. Participants created “Idea Objects” to contribute to the
growing environment over a 4 day period.
The Creative Alliance: aminibigcircus’ film Cari Amici: Our Magic Show Moovee (costume, set design,
performance) and performance of Sorry for the Cold-fusion (costume, set design, performance) (2008)
The Theatre Project: “Vacuum Jacket”- aminibigcircus’ 2 evening debut of Cari Amici, Our Magic
Show Moovee (film) and Sorry for the Cold-fusion (performance) (aminibigcircus is a collaborative
performance and filmmaking troupe of which I was a primary member and creator of visual elements
since it’s inception in 1997.) (2008)
The Baltimore Museum of Art: Uppity Ladies (costume, performance) at the opening of the Matisse
Exhibition (2007)
Artscape 2007: @#$%!! (aka Goods of the Woods) (costume, installation, performance) part of “Ceci
n'est pas a Booth, Kiosk or Gazebo and Other Radical Shacks”, curated by Laure Drogoul. A
collaboration with M. Jane Taylor and Company, which featured 46 performers over a four-day period.
Transmodern Festival 2007: Uppity Ladies (costume, installation, and performance) A collaboration
with M. Jane Taylor and Company. A continuous performative scenario, which featured 18 performers
over a 3-hour period within a large-scale, site-specific outdoor installation.
The 14 Karat Cabaret: Anorexercise- a collaborative performance with M. Jane Taylor and Erin
Colleau. (2006)
The Creative Alliance: Anorexercise- (live performance in collaboration with M. Jane Taylor and Erin
Colleau) part of “Holy Crap”, a themed art event curated by the Jive Social Club (2006)
Chela Gallery: “Transmodern Age, Otherworldly Adornment”- Transpocolyptic Square Dance
(costume, performance) which featured Enchanted Pictureshow by aminibigcircus (narrated short of my
costumed characters) (2005)
Curatorial Endeavors
 The Baltimore Museum of Art: Curation and coordination of “An Experimental Garment Performance”
for the grand re-opening of the museum’s contemporary wing. A live event featuring 10 artists working
in the areas of costume and experimental fashion. (2012)
 Maryland Institute, College of Art: Co-curation, “Garment Workers” Middendorf Gallery (2012)
 Maryland Institute, College of Art: “Sew Local!: An Exhibition of MICA Fiber Alumni Living and
Creating in the City of Baltimore.” (2011)
 Artscape 2008: “Midway”- Curation of “Crème de la Crème”, which featured 5 interactive outdoor
installations, roaming performers, and the “Crème de la Crème Theatre” with continuous, rotating live
performances by 9 area performance groups over 4-days time.
 The Whole Gallery: Gallery co-founder, organizer and curator- including co-curation for “The Whole
Thing”, “Macrocosm-Microcosm”, “The Fool”, (among others) and solo curation for “Bright Colors,
Hidden Drama” (1997-2003)

 2013 Janet and Walter Sondheim Prize: Semi-finalist
 2013 Robert Rauschenberg Artistic Innovation and Collaboration Grant Recipient: To build a
collaborative installation with 3 other hand-picked Baltimore artists who will transform an unused
outdoor space in the old schoolhouse structure of School 33 Art Center. Opening June of 2014.
