Library books are loaned for three days. Book loans
may be renewed for three day periods and may continue to
be renewed. If the loaned book is requested by another
student or staff member, the loaned book must be returned
to the library by the latest due date. Renewals may be done

your student records. Reference books and journals will not
be loaned. If you need to use a journal article or reference
book, you must make photocopies in the library.
Reference Materials
We have a reference collection that includes journals, text books, dictionaries, and
encyclopedias. Reference materials cannot be checked out of the library. You can make
photocopies using the copy machine that is inside the library. Reference books are kept
next to the LRC front desk. Please ask the librarian for access to these books. Journals are
kept along the wall under the windows. They are listed in alphabetical order. Some
journals are program based while others are general journals. If you would like a list of
journals kept in the library, please ask the librarian for a copy of the list of journals.
