Using Microsoft Word to type your response, describe in at least a three paragraph response how computers and technology are changing the way that businesses operate and thrive. The use of e-commerce, buying and selling over the Internet, is becoming more widespread. Based on your knowledge of online shopping, e-commerce and what you learn through reading current articles, write a brief paper of at least three paragraphs about what e-commerce is and how you think e-commerce and online shopping will affect the marketplace. Consider questions such as: will it be easier to make decisions? Will decisions be made too quickly? How might the decision-making process be affected? 2. Before you ever get tangled up in the cyber web of a hacker’s delight, educate yourself on the common ways a hacker might steal important personal information. You can do this by finding an article about hacking to read. Write a summary (at least five sentences) about the article, making sure to cite your source. Once you have found this information, use the computer to create a “wanted” poster. Make sure to include specifically what your hacker is “wanted” for. Final Project: Imagine the following businesses were planning to locate in your community: a computer manufacturer, a supermarket, a dvd store, and a health-food restaurant. Explain, using MS Word, where you would put each business and give at least two reasons why. Also, determine a fifth business that would be a good fit for your community. Give at least two reasons why you chose that business, where that business would be placed in your community, and at least two reasons why you chose that location.
