Property Committee to the Vestry. The motion was seconded and Vestry approved.
Communications and Technology Update – Bill Krueger
1.
Audio/Visual System: Bill Krueger passed out a copy of his report on the update of
the sound system. He said it has taken much longer than he ever anticipated. It
was supposed to be completed by the middle of June. AmericaVen ran into some
problems with the drivers for the software for the projector and screen and they
are waiting for them to come in. AmericaVen also had to order a filter that can
mitigate the sound better. It should be completed by the end of the week. Bill also
noted that there will be a training package and manual for anyone who would like
to be trained on the system.
2.
Signage: Bill Krueger then reported on the signage project. He said their first
priority is to get both the upper and lower parking lots completed as soon as
possible because of the Diocesan Convention in early October. There will also be
directional signs in the major areas for Sayre Hall, Parish Offices, Church entrance,
etc. Second phase would be a lot of the internal signs which were listed on the
report Bill handed out.
Bill said they are still researching the whole signage process. Their plan to replace
the sign on the corner of Third and Wyandotte has been delayed due to the
construction. They feel they will get a better idea once they see what the landscape
looks like.
A motion was made for Bill Kruger’s request of $7,000 for signage primarily for nondigital fixed signs on the walls and in the parking lot. The motion was seconded and
all were in favor.

Finance Committee – Tom Kolepp: The committee has not been able to meet while Bill
Korp is recuperating from his surgery.
Personnel Committee – Garry Bruchok: Nothing new to report.
Sesquicentennial Committee – Tom Brandt
A work in progress. Tory Aitchison is working on getting a formal committee together. A
pre-formal group has met and sketched out the 1st weekend of November 2012 by booking
Mountain Top Campus for their Friday night event.
OLD BUSINESS
Dean Pompa handed out and then commented on our Vision / Roadmap Strategic Plan saying it’s
time we review and see what we’ve done, what we haven’t touched and that maybe some thing’s
do not even make sense anymore.
