Expansion of the existing meat and dairy production capacities
Idea of the project: production of first class milk for TM
«DANONE».
ІInitiator: PE AF ”Promin”.
Place of realization: Henichesk district, Shchorsivka
Village Council, Shchorsivka village, the land plot area– 6,5 ha.
Total cost of the project: 1,5 mln. $, involved funds 1, 2
mln. $, 0,3 mln. $ required.
Scheme of financing (own funds and investment needs):
Total cost of the project is 1,5 mln. $ which includes purchase
of 99 heads of Holstein cows ( credit resource – 178,2 thousand
€), the herd of 132 cows if formed, 110 heads are out of lactating
period , 81 heads are purchased, 600 thousand $are invested,
the purchase of Holstein heifers for the total sum of 640
thousand $.
Expected result: development of dairy husbandry in the
district and production of high quality milk. Full and maximum
efficient use of land resources. Supplying of plant growing
branch of the district with pure organic fertilizers.
Pay-back period: 4 years.

Growing, collecting, transportation, laying in, storing and
feeding of animals with fodder.
• Dairy and cattle complex includes a new cowshed for 350
cows, milking room with throughput of 600 cows a day
upon the condition of 3 time milking. Room for young
animals for growing of 80 heads. Storehouse for
concentrated fodder designed for 1500 tons.

Infrastructure and resources: highways KharkivSimferopol, 1.8 km away from railway tracks ( Novooleksiivka

Job creation and social effect: 44 new jobs
Profitability: 54,7%.
